Donna, the owner, is an angel. The times I have gone in were last-minute, hair-on-fire moments. And each time, she's always smooth, calm & collected. Super-pleasant and always eager to please. She's the best!Recently, I called in the morning for my 11 year old's birthday gluten-free cupcake and then I forgot and the hours had already passed for them to be open, but Donna was still there and gladly opened the door and sold me the cupcake I needed. If that's not the epitome of customer service, I don't know what is. She cares and is always ready to help.As for the quality of the cupcakes, they are Simply Delicious and moist and overflowing with flavor and creativity. I bought some for some teachers at my child's school and they absolutely love them and everyone I know Raves about her and her service and the quality of her cupcakes.Whether it's in a pinch or if you're planning a big gathering, I know where I'm going to go... and it's here!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

I feel like these reviews must be for another bakery...bought a cake for my son's birthday...just a simple yellow cake, butter creme frosting and oreo cookie frosting filling. Tasted bland...didn't even know the filling was "oreo", and look at the "decorating"...WHAT?? I could have done that! Stop and Shop does a better job decorating...I was completely underwhelmed...I mean...the decorating....are you kidding???.....

I recently purchased a cake here for my husband's birthday. He was very specific about what he wanted. This was the only local bakery that was able to make exactly what I needed. Small round cake with layers? Check. Vanilla cake and butter cream frosting? Check. Lots of buttercream frosting flowers? Check. I couldn't have been any happier on how this turned out and how many flowers she was able to get on the cake. This was one of the best cakes I had gotten for his birthday. Frosting was smooth, and cake was moist and delicious.

I visited for the first time shortly before Christmas to pick up holiday desserts. I did not call or order in advance. They had white, chocolate and red velvet cupcake bases, and the Santa, ornament icing, etc. decorations were well executed. They didn't have a ton of desserts on display. It seems more like a custom order ahead type of place. Service was fine. The decor was also fine. Kind of an old school vibe. It's definitely a take out place. I don't think they had any tables where you would sit and eat a dessert.The cupcakes tasted good. I suspect they would do a nice job with something like a traditional birthday cake design.Four Stars

The baked goods looked great but didn’t quite pass the taste in my opinion. Frosting on everything I ordered had a weird flavor I wasn’t a fan of. I wasn’t blown away by that variety and or flavors either.

Walked in so overwhelmed ...and needed a birthday cake ...in 2 days time .....i described horribly something along the lines of what i thought would be half decent and not too much money ....i went to pick up my cake .......and ofc was expecting it to be nice .......but ladies and gentleman....it was beautiful ......and infact the most delicious cake ive ever tasted ......it was so beautiful i hardly had the heart to slice it . There wasnt one slice left over ! .....i will most definitely be ordering again ! customer service .affordable pricing ...very talented bakers ....it all was great .
