I am a frequent customer. Both owners, Crystal and Christina who are sisters in law and moms, are fabulous. They are very welcoming and helpful when you want suggestions or have questions about the product. I love the medium shakes for lunch time. Strawberry Cheesecake and PB Fried Ice cream are my favorites. They also have energy teas which are zero sugar and so refreshing. I pick and choose different flavors but my two favorites on the menu are Gummy Bear and Captain America.

I got a Carrot Cake protein shake and it was delicious! It tasted just like the real thing without the extra sugars. The medium size completely filled me up and I used it as a meal replacement. Would highly recommend for a great on-the-go option for breakfast or lunch!Dietary restrictions: GF and DF options!!

Great many options to choose from on their menu! The owner Christina is very kind and likes to chat which I appreciate! Inside is very nicely decorated and just has a great vibe to it overall I've tried their Strawberry cheesecake and Banana Nut Bread milkshakes, so far no complaints! All are delicious and healthy options to choose from. Definitely recommend 10/10 going there again! :)

Passed by a few timesbit headed in today because I just got an a cavity filling my mouth is numb and I was hungry. It's a cute little space in Newington Centre. Venus nutrition is family run and I had the pleasure of meeting of one of the owners. When I went in today she was very helpful and helping me choose the shake that I wanted along with an energy tea because I hadn't had coffee yet either. They have a variety of standard shakes and also seasonal flavors. I went with the chocolate, covered strawberry, a standard favorite of mine, as well as the scoop of peanut butter powder as well. They have small, medium and large sizes with calorie counts between 200 and 500 cal depending on what size you order. It's a great way to get a nutrition shake when you're on the run and you don't have time to grab something more substantial. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other flavors. They also have a loyalty card which I grabbed because I live right down the road and I know I'll be back for more.
