Literally, the dumbest employees I’ve ever met
I ordered a cheeseburger fries and chicken nuggets. They made me wait for 10 minutes while cars came and went and then gave me my cold order. Ridiculous.

I visited Wendy’s on Monday evening, and the drive-thru employee spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way. I was surprised by her attitude and the inappropriate language she used. I hope management reviews her behavior, as this is not acceptable customer service.

I went to Wendy’s to order food at the drive-thru. I said, “Hi, may I place my order?” but the employee responded with “What?” I told her that I couldn’t hear her, and she replied in a very rude way, saying they didn’t have anything.

When I asked her why she was speaking to me like that, she continued to use inappropriate language even though I was a customer. This happened during the evening shift on Monday.

I hope Wendy’s management reviews this employee’s behavior because it was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Yall i asked for a medium vanilla brownie batter swirl, got a small and when I said I wanted the medium she just dumped the whole thing in a medium cup 😒 at that point I just let it be but if you’re not going to put effort into customer service at a drive thru, find another way to make money seriously

Beware! Apparently this location is not only out of ice - but has been out of ice for 3 months and cannot serve cold drinks. In the middle of the summer, during a heatwave. They also can't/won't refund your hot soda after you pay for it.
