Hi I went here with my mom we got two meals a nugget and a drink, I was eating my fires and realized their was a hair in my fries obviously absolutely gross but I was like ok let me check my burger and it was hair in my burger as well I will never go back there

Great place to stop by for something quick to eat. There was some wait time, but to be fair I requested fresh food and got that, plus there was a huge rush. My only complaint is the lack of an awning, or some cover over the car when placing the order, and at the window- the interior of my car was soaked. Just something to keep in mind, but other than that, it was nice.

I try to order the beacon cheese fries , after a long ride & the person at window was very rude . She didn’t repeat the order . I didint know how much was my food . Also served me hot & cold fries . Ask her to warm up , she caught an attitude with me !!! LATE NIGHT RIDERS DONT NOT COME HERE !!!

Retro little wendys. The location is on the berlin turnpike which although inundated with food stops, makes this is busy spot. Probably short staffed for this Saturday afternoon I stopped in with my family, but the lobby was so sticky we went next door to the dunkin donuts and utilized their outdoor seating. We didn't wait long and the staff was pleasant although I'm sure underpaid and tired. You get what you pay for. My frosty was good 👍

The Drive through specifically at this Wendy's has two majors issues. Here they are: 1. Their app says they open for breakfast at 6:30am. I have attempted to get breakfast from here at 6:50am or 7am before work in the morning and they are not open on time. The app will let me put the order in and I show up to the drive through and no one responds. I go to the window and after several minutes have passed someone finally responds to my order and they do it in a rude way. This has happened to me 3 times!
2. They must be trying to game some sensor but I've had someone tell me to pull forward and then reverse and now I usually get asked to pull ahead and wait for my order. I understand doing this when there is a line but I've had them tell me this when there is no one in line during non busy times. Having someone have to walk outside to give me my food is wasting both people's times in an effort to shave a few seconds off some metric that is actually achieving the opposite of it's intended purpose (instead of shortening my time, it actually is increasing it).

How do you offer cold brew coffee on the app then when I go to get it you tell me you don’t have the coffee? The coffee is also more expensive than Dunkin and when I asked for a refund they offered me a shitty substitute which was warm to the touch (most likely hot coffee made cold). Guess I’m never coming back to this place ever again.

Best hamburger I've had at any place including McDonald's! Would of been nice to have napkins, a small bottle of water was almost three dollars. Bit much but the double hamburger was only for three! Bacon cheese and hamburger was unbeatable....it was drive thru and we parked right there....
