Really bad customer service something really different about people and the food from this specific place

Charged for an order I didn’t even pick up. Was suppose to get a discount code and was charged the whole amount. I then called to cancel order and was told they don’t have no control over online orders? What kind of system is that!? No one available to talk left the manager multiple messages. I Will be filing a complaint and initiating a chargeback. Very unprofessional! Wouldn’t ever eat here.

Stopped to grab something to eat after going to the dog park, my grandson and I were craving wings and this place was on our way home. Decided on 14 wings with BBQ on the side. $23.61 with tax is crazy ($1.69 per piece 😳) but we were hungry. The employees were very pleasant. The wings were done relatively fast. Got home and I was so disappointed 😞. Wings were way overdone, looked mummified and not very meaty. Sucks when you're looking forward to something and decide to spend a ridiculous amount on it for it to be a huge disappointment 😞 One and done for us at this place.

I LOVE their wings!! They pay attention to my special instructions when ordering in the app. I always ask for extra extra extra sauce with my wings! Most places don’t follow through, but this place sure does!! They’re the sauciest! Wings everrrr!! I’m very happy 😃 plus their full throttle buffalo sauce is amazing !
