Good Old Days Pizza & Cocktail Den

Nice restaurant with cozy atmosphere. The fireplace was on and staff were super friendly and attentive! Ordered the frisée and it was a unique salad, loved it! Spicy pizza without meat tasted good when it was hot but was not at all spicy, it was bit sweet, the crust was good though! Alagash white went good with it. Overall good experience!

After hearing great things and seeing positive reviews of how they handle gluten and dairy free pizzas, we decided to give it a try. Even though we have very few choices of trustworthy restaurants in the area, I will not be returning here. The prices are outrageous…and I’m not even speaking of the extensive upcharges for gluten and dairy free options. $50 for 2 pepperoni pizzas (one gf/df)?! Absurd. Way too many pepperonis. Waitress did her minimal job and talked me out of sharing a gf pizza with my daughter because it was “about 10 inches”. It was the same size as the normal.

My biggest complaint was the children’s birthday party taking place in the restaurant with screaming 6 year olds running around. The families, some of whom are connected to the restaurant, were oblivious to the fact that several other families were there.

Expensive pizza. Terrible management of out of control children. Average service. Not for me. Won’t be back.

Not a very good pizza for the money!

Just dough and sauce. And the second pizza is very spicy, although the waiter said it was not spicy. And it also burned on top, which is visible in the photo. I don't recommend pizza. Cocktail is too small for 15$. Draft beer is good.

Second time there-first visit was wonderful-this time not so much. Hostess was the only bright spot as far as service goes. Waited at the bar 20 minutes before the bartender even made eye contact then poured me a 2 sip glass of wine. After an hour wait-which is fine for great pizza-we sat down. Service was poor at best. No communication-it was as if we were bothering them by being there. One pizza was great and the other had to be re made (per thier direction) and wasnt worth the wait. It came out with non melted cheese and the flavor was off. We were there 2 and a half hours. Love Pizza-don't mind the wait-but service needs to be better and so does the food. Have to rethink if I will go back.

Best pizza spot around! Cocktails are amazing, atmosphere is very cool and the pizzas are TO DIE FOR. Run, don’t walk, to this gem in the basement!

An absolute treat.Cocktails on point, pizza amazing....If I was going to the chair Bikini bod would be on my requested food items... So good.

if you haven't been here you should. The wait can be long, but if you sneak upstairs for a decadent cocktail it makes the wait manageable.

I'm an independent contractor and randomly found this place while working in the area. Live the vibes. It's Sunday, the music is great, service is awesome and the pizza is delicious. Yes I said is.. I'm still here lol.
