Greatest Mexican on earth.
We love this place. Consistently great food, always freshly made. The chips and salsa are the best I have ever tasted.
Over 20 years here in CT - originally from the southwestern US so I know my Mexican food - and after trying, mostly in vain, to find decent Mexican food in CT I can safely say Mexicali Rose is the hands down winner! I live an hour away now and will still make the trip. Whenever I choose something closer over the drive to Newtown, I regret it.
