I went to this cafe recently and althought the food was tasty I have to say I thought the prices very high for what you got. $12 for a very small meatless sandwich that did not even come with anything, not even a pickle, was to me not worth a return visit. It tasted great, the service was great, but in my opinion priced too high.

I enjoyed the fried green tomato BLT. I live down south, fried green tomatoes are on most menus. Not so much up north.These were just like home!! Perfect.

The place is cute and clean with a pretty large menu, but they need to rethink their vegetarian sandwich as it was gross. I couldn’t even finish it. It’s basically slimy roasted tomatoes with slimy zucchini and some oil resembling balsamic, that made the sandwich soggy and impossible to eat. I threw out more than half of it. Disappointed.
T&B never misses. The food is the focus with fresh, flavorful, and creative combinations. Wonderful staff. I can’t recommend it enough—there’s nothing like it around here!

Came here on a Saturday morning past 9 AM when they were supposed to open place was nowhere near being open chairs were still turned upside down. When people come out of their way for breakfast, you expect to be open.

We love T&B - such a wonderful addition to Niantic. Their breakfast and lunch options are fantastic and everything we have tried we have loved. We also used their catering over the holidays and our guests absolutely loved the appetizers...HIGHLY recommend. Great staff too!
