If you haven’t been here, you are seriously missing out! The service and hospitality are top tier. When I’m in the area I always order the avocado toast and any smoothie! Everything is absolutely amazing and have never been disappointed!

I found this place through yelp, which I then ordered through. They apparently use grubhub, which is not up to date. So, don't do that, use doordash. That being said, the customer service here was amazing. They made everything right and more. Cool place inside and great location. Food is unreal. Had the turkey burnt ends wrap and can highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful lunch... Pulled Pork sandwich and Eggplant Parm wrap. Both very delicious. I also got a jar of tomato sauce and a jar of marinated wild mushrooms, which were excellent and a great base for dinner with Italian sausage. We're here from out of town and eating well.
T&B is a hidden gem of downtown Niantic. We tried the pressed grilled chicken sandwich and burnt ends wrap. Their sandwiches are fresh, creative, and delicious!

This is the best food in Niantic! Great spot for brunch or lunch. It’s delicious artisan creations in a casual order-at-the-counter setting. I’ve been saying for ages we need more great pop-in cafes in Niantic (other than Cafe Sol) and T&B perfectly hits the spot. Perfect lattes as well. Love that you can sit outside in nice weather too.
