“We hired JCakes to provide the cake for our wedding, which took place on June 20, 2026. Carly was the staff member who arranged a cake tasting for us and went over all the details for cake decorations. She really took the time to confirm what our vision was for decor overall and what we wanted for the wedding cake in particular. Shortly before the wedding, we updated the guest count and number of servings for the cake, which turned out to be much different than initially anticipated, and adjustments were made to our satisfaction. Our wedding reception venue ended up covering the cost of the cake as part of the banquet package (we were not aware of this detail when we booked them) and JCakes contacted us to refund our deposit. The cake was both beautiful and delectable, and we were very pleased with the service. Highly recommended.“
