Had a pretty chaotic experience here w my family... wasn't very busy, 1 other table and a couple patrons at the bar, but there seemed to be some disconnect between the front & back of the house as the servers kept coming over to confirm what we ordered & the food was coming out at random intervals, w them bringing over sushi rolls meant for another table in the midst of asking us yet again what we ordered & if we were missing anything
The food itself was okay, but the service & overall disorganized vibe weren't the best

Sushi AND Mexican? What are you trying to be? How good can either be in one restaurant? Like going to a food court. There was a sushi bar with kids doing homework. A liquor bar with televisions adjacent to a seating area. This restaurant presumably changed hands. I was there a few years ago under a different name. They had good sushi.
The misu soup arrived warm. My wife asked for another hot.
My sushi dinner arrived and I got a whiff of old fish smell. I smelled each of the fish and two of the white color fish (presumably yellowtail) had a pungent odor. This turned me off to the entire dish. Mexican AND raw fish? How good are you taking care of all your ingredients?
The wait staff were attentive and responsive. Nice people. However I quickly sent back my dish and we cut our order short and left.
Never again!!!
Focus on Mexican or sushi. Not both.

My Kids love it there. Great food with great prices. Clean restrooms a plus. Owners very friendly and make each customer welcomed . We go often and will continue to do so.
