I just spent my birthday here and it was amazing! We were outside at the gazebo first surrounded by beautiful flowers. Monarch butterflies were literally everywhere is was magical. Then it was too hot and we went into side and played board games. 10/10 will be back!

Apple Theory has become my go-to for ciders. I have absolutely no complaints. Ray is extremely knowledgeable about the ciders and is pleasant to talk to. I always have a wonderful experience with Apple Theory and Valor Wines.

Cannot speak more highly of the place. It’s truly a hidden gem of CT and sad I didn’t know about it soooner. Firstly the ciders are so good, and truly feel like there’s a cider for everyone. My personal favorite was Fred (cider donut) and the flights make it so easy to try the wide selection to find what you do like. They do have flavors which I was skeptical about trying but I was pleasantly surprised how much I did enjoy the “obscure” flavors. Secondly the ambiance is so good!! It was decorated very well and felt very welcoming, a lot of seating and couches to make the perfect gathering with friends or a date night. My favorite part was deff the outdoor area! So much open space/seating and so cute!!! It was the perfect spot to enjoy a summer night with friends. The owner was also super nice and friendly I will definitely be back and recommend it if you either like cider or wine, it’s an awesome spot

Some ciders were lacking flavor and the “flavored ciders” had some more than interesting combinations that didn’t really go well together. Thought it would be good based off people’s reviews, but left disappointed.

Absolute gem of a find in North Haven, CT. If you're into the ordinary ciders, Apple Theory isn't for you. If you're looking for something uniquely delicious that you can't find anywhere else, make the trip, and be pleasantly surprised. There's something for every flavor palate, including a wine list. I highly recommend getting a growler, because you wll be back after you pick your favorite. There are available snacks for purchase, or you can bring your own small charcuterie. And there are games to help facilitate a good time over a cider. The outdoor seating is seasonal, so when it's warm, sitting outside is a must. But indoors, the mix of tables, high-tops, and even a comfy couch, makes for a great tasting room. Make the trip. Make some memories. And make some hard choices on which cider is the best! Cheers!

We were on our way home and decided to stop. What a pleasant surprise! We picked 4 randoms a they were all very good! The atmosphere is super cute! A man was selling very Yummy artisan sourdough bread and home made preserves that wee absolute delis!’ We will be back - New awesome find!
