I just spent my birthday here and it was amazing! We were outside at the gazebo first surrounded by beautiful flowers. Monarch butterflies were literally everywhere is was magical. Then it was too hot and we went into side and played board games. 10/10 will be back!

Apple Theory has become my go-to for ciders. I have absolutely no complaints. Ray is extremely knowledgeable about the ciders and is pleasant to talk to. I always have a wonderful experience with Apple Theory and Valor Wines.

Cannot speak more highly of the place. It’s truly a hidden gem of CT and sad I didn’t know about it soooner. Firstly the ciders are so good, and truly feel like there’s a cider for everyone. My personal favorite was Fred (cider donut) and the flights make it so easy to try the wide selection to find what you do like. They do have flavors which I was skeptical about trying but I was pleasantly surprised how much I did enjoy the “obscure” flavors. Secondly the ambiance...
