AVOID! Ordered 5 different things and not a single item was even slightly warm. The fries were so cold and dried out we ate one each and all spat them out. The other 5 things weren't much better. Gross at best

Staff is spread thin especially at the counter. There was a single person working both the front counter and the window. I purchased the steak nugget sandwich and bowl. Both had chunks of grilled fat covered in spices instead of beef.

I went to try the Steak Nuggets. They were delicious, very tender and flavorful. I hope they make this a regular menu item.

I always give them a shot when something new gets added to the menu and Every time I come here they give me horrible food. I went to try the steak bites and first thing I noticed they were hot but soon as I chewed them you could easily taste that they were microwaved and extremely dry. They charged me $6 for 5 pieces that were not even edible. Never again Arby’s! Do better!

We visited this Arby’s location as tourists from out of state. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the poor customer service we received from a staff member named Rosa (her name was on her shirt).

From the moment we approached the counter, Rosa seemed visibly irritated. When we asked a simple question—what types of fries they offered—she responded with clear annoyance, making facial expressions as if our questions were a burden. As tourists unfamiliar with Arby’s menu, we were just trying to understand the options before ordering.

From a customer service perspective, first impressions are everything. Employees like Rosa, who lack basic courtesy and enthusiasm, can damage the reputation of a brand in seconds. She does not have the right attitude or interpersonal skills to be interacting with customers, especially in a frontline role.
The Angus burger was decent but far from exceptional, and the macaroni was frankly terrible. It’s disappointing to have spent our money at a place that failed to meet even basic expectations.

Good was decent. Staff was horrible. Inattentive to customers, swearing at each other. It shouldn’t take a 20 minute wait in-store after you’ve placed an online order and driven to the restaurant.
