I went there thinking I was going to get a similar experience to the one in Cheshire, boy was I wrong. Put my food on the counter and didn’t call my number. Sat there for a while. They were out of a lot of bagels by 10:30. Also ordered the nova and received the smallest amount of Salmon I’ve ever seen and paid for. Won’t be returning to this one, unfortunately.

I’m literally sitting in there drive through for the past 15 minutes and writing this review because of how ridiculously long it takes to get a bagel. If your in a rush just trying to get lunch or breakfast just do yourself a favor and go to Dunkin. It’s like they only have 1 person cooking and running the drive through on every weekend

This is a nice shop but the service from the employees which are fairly young is not good, the wait for a bagel is too long, and the shop RUNS OUT OF BAGELS BY mid day. The drive through is a nightmare and standing on line is even worst. To then find out that what you want to order is not even available anymore.
My drive through service was so bad I won’t do that anymore.
But I feel like they are very cheap with their serving I paid $6.01 for a plain bagel and avocado plus spread and I think they spread half a teaspoon on the bagels. If you’re going to charge $6 you need to give $6 worth.
Get friendlier employees and clean the coffee station.
The drive threw was backed up around the parking lot. After 15 min the wait was not worth it.

I really wanted to love this bagel place, and in some ways, I do. The bagels are great, fresh, chewy, and packed with flavor. If you’re looking for quality, this spot has that covered. But the service? It’s a whole other story.
I’ve waited upwards of 30 minutes to an hour for just two bagels on multiple occasions. I’ve also seen people who, after paying, simply drove off because they couldn’t bear to wait any longer. That should tell you everything. It’s honestly frustrating, what’s the point of having amazing bagels if the wait time makes you regret ever ordering in the first place?
I’ve worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts before, and while I know this place isn’t exactly the same, I’m very familiar with how long it takes to make a bagel sandwich. It should not take anywhere near 30 minutes to an hour to get two bagels.
If value your time, I’d look elsewhere. The bagels are worth it, but the wait makes you wonder if they are.

1/2 hour wait for an egg and cheese sandwich. They are a bagel place that runs out of bagels two hours before they close. A customer just walked in and was told they are OUT of bagels! They do this in both locations. Not a great way to run a bagel business. They kicker is… they do have GREAT bagels!
