Bagel are pretty good and reasonably priced. On the weekend you have to get there early to ensure they don't run out of whatever kind of bagel you want. The service is HORRIBLE. It is not uncommon to wait 20-30 min for you food. No one working there cares. Not even the owner, who is always there. You will get your food when they feel like it. Actually, there's now sign telling you to be patient. Today will be my last attempt to go here. Exactly 28 min for 2 bagels with cream cheese. Nope. No excuse for this.

Edit: I reviewed about a year ago and would’ve said this place is my favorite, but the past 3 times they’ve given me rotten avocado. Realizing now I should just buy the bagels and do it myself because who the hell opens an avocado sees it’s fully grey and thinks that’s okay.
Old review: sososo good I’ve never had a bagel with this texture, it’s so different but in the best way. I wish they had vegan cream cheese!!

Bagelicious sells the tastiest bagels in CT!! They are delicious and they even sell them by the dozen so you can make your own at home. The quality is impossible to beat.
However, I highly recommend getting there earlier than 11am to avoid the crowds and they usually start running out of bagel options by then. Isn’t that weird since they are open until 2pm?? All the good bagels run out by 11am. After years and years of business you’d think they would have increased the quantities of bagels they make of the popular flavors, but they still don’t and that’s disappointing!! I can never get a Cheddar or Jalapeno bagel after 11am. Store manager please adapt to your clients preferences.
The drive through is pretty slow and typically goes the same speed as ordering from the counter. They will not toast your bagel if you don’t ask, which is surprising since all the other places do it automatically. Although the quality of the bagels is amazing, but when you order one of the sandwiches they make at the store, the quality is super unpredictable. My usual order of pastrami egg & cheese sandwiches are sometimes loaded and sometime without any pastrami which can be very disappointing. Now I just buy bagels by the dozen from there and I recommend Bagelicious Cheshire for sandwiches instead because they provide a 100% more consistant high quality sandwiches.

My family and I love this place we just wish there was more consistency with opening hours times even on the days that they are open at 1:45 you will drive up to the window and they will say they are closed. I honestly just see way too young unsupervised staffing with little or no consideration for business. I gave this business 5 stars only because of the food and I understand how reviews hurts businesses but if I would rate it overall it would not have been 5 stars bc it’s very frustrating keeping up with when they are open when the drive thru is closed when they are out of bagels it’s a hit and miss.

Best bagels in town!! We love this place. Food is freshly made and takes a few minutes to be made, but I take those moments to meet another diner and make small talk. A big sitting area with a bathroom. Just come have a bagel, you’ll be glad you did! Our favs are the Nova lox and the BLT…sesame is a a favorite but the sweet bagels are so good too!
It took a long time to get our order, it was very busy.. The building was hot. Either the air conditioner was broken or they didn't have one or use it.. They made the bagels on location, so they were very fresh. The best bagels i have had in a long time and a lot of varieties.
One thing i did notice is that one of the male workers (i think he was a cook) was grabbing the bagels with his bare hands. They could have been clean or just washed, but i saw him do it two different times. The others workers were either using plastic gloves or the tissue paper to grab them.

I just left this place 10 minutes ago and couldn't wait to do a review. What a awful experience, walked in girl was rude, didn't say can I help you, actually said what is it that you want. Team was yelling at each other because they are 30 minutes from closing, one telling the other what they will & won't do. Had to send my sandwich back, I asked for a very well cooked egg white on my sandwich, it was wet, runny looking & in so my broken pieces it wasn't staying in the sandwich. While I waited for my new sandwich to come out a lined formed with 5 ppl & the guy said hey you have a line out here, when she got to the register I heard her say ohh you got to be kidding me, great They are young, rude, just want to get out of there & it definitely comes across at this establishment. I won't be going back at all..., not even for a drink. Another customer in line said oh I no the owner I'm messaging him now, I said I wish I knew him because I would tell him his young crew today absolutely no good for business.

A hot cup of coffee and a good breakfast always jump starts my day. I was let down today😔. I waited 15min for a cold cup of coffee and a un toasted bagel with barely any cream cheese on it. Highly disappointed and I’ve been a repeat customer for years smh!!!
