It's ridiculous that corporate doesn't come in and shutter this joke! Just went in to order (6 p.m. dinnertime!). And the line to order had five people. One staff taking order, the other counting money in the register. I looked up and noticed all the rotisserie's EMPTY,!! NO CHICKEN!! also, most sides sitting scraped empty. Everyone in line was incredulous but silent. As this is norm for this location...CANNOT SAY ENOUGH HOW AWFUL... I spoke up and asked what the problem is, stating it's dinner hour and there's no food! Register counting lad stated they had a "busy lunchtime". I replied that was hours ago! No response. Me: is there any management? Lad: yeah, in back. The end. No one! DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Even if starvation is the alternative, beats this joke!

Overpriced Mediocre Food Years ago Boston Market was fantastic. Not anymore. I stopped for food to go and here is what I found: The staff was not well-informed on what they had to offer. A table top display showed a new side salad they were offering but they didn't have it. Should have taken the sign down. They said they had a regular side salad but weren't sure how to put it together or what dressings were available. The side options seem to have been narrowed down and loaded with butter etc., and the chicken serving was tiny. Nearly $2.00 extra for a side of cranberry sauce. Unappealing in every way and very disappointing.

The food was old and dry. I was told they would give me new macaroni and cheese and when I got home it was the old food. None of the soda machines worked. The place was a little dirty.

Worst place we could have picked to stop for dinner on way to airport. Service was terrible, had to wait for mashed potatoes to come out of oven. Still never got my sweet potatoes. Very poorly operated business. A long line formed behind us, no one knew what to do behind the counter. Never stop here if you are in a hurry.

We ordered deliver from boston market because we were very hungry. Boston Market forgot to get a driver to deliver the food because they thought it was for pick-up. After waiting for about two hours, we called and they said that the driver did not come. Eventually we just cancelled the order and went somwhere else. We were waiting for the Boston Market delivery for almost the whole day! Never again!
