The North Haven location employees are in need of more training. I have been three times and walked out twice without ordering. The first was the attitude and rushing me to order when I was the only one there and the second an employee was eating on the line while another was having hard time hearing me. I will stick to the Orange location. Orange location has never failed me in professionalism and food quality.

Delicious boom boom burritos and nachos! Very fresh and tasty. Really nice friendly staff and knowledgeable about food allergies. Can’t wait to go back!

90% rice. Burrito was 6 inches square with the tortilla stuffed down the center with a spoonful of Pico I think ( 2 pieces of onion 3 tomato pieces and a green piece of something). Very dry chicken. I had to open it to make sure there was meat or anything besides rice. Not much more though.

First time trying Bubbakoos, the potstickers and burria fries were great and staff was very nice! Only thing that threw us off was our burritos were lukewarm/cold. They tasted great but it seemed like nothing in the middle was even heated. Willing to give them another shot and see if this was a fluke or not
