Well, after a couple of years, I let a family member talk me into trying Buffalo Wild Wings again and it was, once again, a thorough waste of my money!! I thought that so close to Xmas and with all of those shoppers out there getting hungry, that they might be making fresh wings, but I was wrong! If you like leathery, hard wings that make your molars hurt after eating them, then this is the place for you! I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. How can you make a business based on wings and make the worst wings ever? Oh, adding an edit. I forgot to add that this was through Ubereats and Btw they also got my daughter’s order wrong.

Service is absolutely terrible. I am a server myself and I have a lot of grace and patience for people in this industry. They were not short staffed with 4-5 servers on the floor. My friends arrived 30 minutes before my boyfriend and I did and ordered food and drinks. By the time we arrived the server came up one time to ask if we wanted to order we said yes, she literally did not come back until the rest of the tables food was finished, 40 minutes later. I just think it is unacceptable service to wait over 40 minutes for an order to be taken. (We decided not to put an order in at this point because we saw other tables leaving and becoming frustrated with the terrible service.) this place needs new serving staff and not waitresses that avoid their tables.

I called to place an order they kept picking up and placing me on hold not everyone wants they debit card on line it is 1:30 in the afternoon kids are at school people is at work and this girl picked up the phone and said they busy that’s a damn lie it’s never busy then place me back on hold and never picked up and what is sad they wings are good customer service horrible

I recently went to Bdubs with me and my friends and we were all really excited to go. What awaited us was a rather awful experience. Me and my buddy had to stand around with no one to guide us to one of the MANY open tables there. Once a member of the staff arrived, they simply gave us a menu and went to the back to “see where I can sit you.” Horrible experience. Me and my buddies couldn’t believe it. I don’t know what went wrong, and i can’t believe how poor the customer service was. Very disappointed. There were this girl and guy that seemed as if they were flirting the entire shift. I’m not against relationships in the work place but this was too far. Horrible do not recommend horrible service..

They must be understaffed. This is by far the most chaotic and crazy / unorganized take out system I’ve ever seen.

Stay away from this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. They are short staff most time. The managers have to fill in as cooks. Last week was so bad the restaurant had to close because they had no kitchen staff.

Last night after waiting over 25 minutes for my dinner they lost my meal. Seems like the deleted gif some unknown reason. Twice I requested a manager and it took both mangers at least 20 minutes to appear. The one manger with a beard should be fired for his extreme rudeness.

My receipt had to go back several times for corrections. It was Veterans Day and I ordered my meal for being a veteran. Well they charged me for my complimentary serving so I needed a manager to remove the charge. He came to my table with explaining how busy he was cooking. Sorry to say that it was not my issue. He was extremely rude and should be removed from this Buffalo Wild Wings.

This is just an awful Buffalo Wild Wings to go in for anything. It will be a very long time if I ever go there again. A nearby Wing Stop would definitely be a better choice

It was too worst experience when i went take my order they gave me 3 cups of drinks without cup holder and i asked them for it they said we don’t have any cup holders 😂😂

It's a good thing they're open so late, you're gonna need it. I've been sitting here waiting for 6 boneless wings for 45 minutes. Anyway as I continue to wait I've been reading these reviews and it sounds like this place is in total chaos lol. The vast majority of reviews in the last year are 1 star, maybe it's time to pack it up guys (still waiting, 50+ minutes)

There was nobody to walk us to the table; no menus on the table; and when I ordered the boneless chicken wings, they put very less sauces and then had th attitude. I will never ever come here and tell my friends not to ever come here! Pathetic behavior

I came in recently to grab some wings, and right from the start, the customer service was awful. The hostess saw us standing right in front of her and didn’t bother to greet or seat us. Instead, she just stared, rolled her eyes, and gave us a nasty look like we were bothering her for being there. We stood there awkwardly for several minutes with no acknowledgment at all.

It’s really disappointing because I’ve always liked this place for the food, but that kind of attitude completely ruins the experience. If someone doesn’t want to deal with customers, they shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Hopefully management addresses this, because no paying customer deserves to be treated like that.

I’ve been to plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings locations, but this one takes the cake for rude service. From the moment we walked in, the staff acted like we were inconveniencing them just by showing up. Our server barely acknowledged us, rolled their eyes when we asked for refills, and disappeared for most of the meal. No one checked in to see if we needed anything, and when we asked for the check, it took another 20 minutes. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and frustrating. If you actually want to enjoy your meal without being treated like a nuisance, go somewhere else.
