My gf and I went in wanting to get some wings quick since we hadn't had them in a while. We got seated promptly but the time it took for the waiter to come take our order took forever. I want to say it was about 20 min. Now we shouldnt have waited that long and it wasnt even busy at all. Either they were short staffed in which case they need to hire more people or the people are just slow in which case they need to hire other people that work more efficiently. We were about to leave when the waitress finally came so we ordered our drinks and food. She was friendly and apologetic about taking so long. Our drinks and appetizers came out fairly quickly and they were good. The wings om the other hand took a bit longer maybe too long and they were not even hot. They were lukewarm at best. Whatever, we ate what we could and then took the rest home. But waiting to get the waitress to come back to get was another eternity in itself. I gave her my card without even checking the tab to try to speed things up but then she took my card and it was another eternity before she brought the check and my card back. We went in at about 7:20 p.m. and got out of there at about 9 p.m. an hour and 40 minutes for wings? Other people seemed to also have waited too long and others didnt so I dont know what going on there. The pkace wasnt even busy at all. 7 tables full and it seems like someone ran out on them either for taking too long or whatever which I dont blame them for either. We are never coming back here again. They need to have better people doing the jobs.

My boyfriend and I went in tonight to eat because it’s been a few years and we both wanted wings and we decided to come in to eat. Given the past experiences we’ve had with pick up (wrong food, cold food, missing food) I figured dining in would be fine. I was missing wings out of the 20 I ordered and mentioned it to the woman who brought us our food. She said she’d let the kitchen know and never returned. My food was ice cold. The chicken tasted kind of fishy. I don’t know if the staff cooks like they don’t care or if they just forget here and there. They barely even sauced our food. You guys used to be notorious for the best wings. Not sure what happened. I’m disappointed because we ordered food that wasn’t even worth the price. I understand wait times can vary given the influx of traffic, but to serve cold fishy tasting chicken with broken bones? How can someone put that out? They forget flavors, never fully sauce the food, and it’s cold every time! I guess anything but the wings is good. Our app was the hottest and best thing we had. I’m sorry but maybe you guys need to retrain staff on how to make good food. I’ve seen lots of bad reviews and I never leave any usually but I’m really upset at the fact a manager can let food go out that’s half ice cold and half hot , barely sauced, and missing items. Also, why say you’re going to let the kitchen know a customer is missing items and never return? Please make changes… and maybe take away your to go option…

We’ve gone to this BWW since forever but recently it has seriously gone downhill. Everytime we order to-go something is always wrong with the order. Today with this order, we ordered several kinds of chicken, fries and onion rings. We didn’t get our onion rings but we were still charged for them. This isn’t the first time they have given us our order still missing food. To-go order is not the way to go with this BWW, although whenever we eat in everything is usually great.

Based on my overall experience I wouldn’t come back but the wings were decent. Picked up my order 10 minutes after it said it was ready by, and still items were missing. You figure the extra time would’ve allowed them to double check the bag. Paid extra for wedges and was still given regular fries, along with that all my dipping sauces & veggies were missing. No utensils or even a simple napkin. I’m sure I could’ve turned around but after taking 15 mins out of my break to even pick it up I decided not to waste another 15 on them. Disappointed to say the least.

I placed an order today, I ordered a 20 piece with fries. When I got home we open the bag to find only fries in the bag. We went back to get the 20 piece chicken. The food was not good, the chicken is hard as bricks and not worth eating. This is my last time ordering and eating from BBW. The chicken look old and like I said is very hard and crunchy. We tried to eat them but had to stop.
I recently order 20 pcs of plain chicken wings with celery and carrots from this place and the pickup time was supposed to be at 9:30 but when I got there at 9:35 the said that my order was not ready and I had to wait there for 45 minutes so that is unacceptable and after that I checked my order and the wings were already sauced up!!! Nope never again. The boneless wings were hard, barely coated with sauce. The menus we were given were wet and greasy. The table and booth was sticky. We came in and had to seat ourselves. We were told the dining area was closed but there were people in the dining area. The sign that said to seat ourselves was on loose leaf paper and written with a black marker. When it was time to go our server gave us containers with no bag. Then she just stood over at her station as if we were supposed to go over there to pay. We just waited at the table because no. Worst bww I've gone to. Will not be returning.

I waited over 10 minutes to order a drink once seated, plus an additional 10 minutes to order the food after we got drinks. We then waited over 1 hr and 30 minutes to get our food, meanwhile 3 other tables were seated AFTER us and served BEFORE us. I am never coming back here again. I asked to speak to a manager and I’m sitting here as we speak, 25 mins later and still no manager came by. Plus wing stop way better this bww!!

I feel like BWW isn't what it used to be. Food was very blah and took way to long to come out. The waitresses wernt friendly and acted like they didn't want to be there. The only thing I'd really recommend or give 5 stars is the mac and cheese
