Came here for the first time today and I never had buffalo wild wings before. Long story short NEVER AGAIN I went to get take out and the place smell bad, the young employees in the kitchen area were so loud in the back dancing and doing the most but even worse the buffalo wings were over cooked the chicken tasted like it needed more seasoning it was horrible and a waste of money. The wings were so over cooked I couldn't eat parts of itNEVER AGAIN

In addition to the bill of $80 for 15 wings and four drinks, them wings are holding no criticism. Not even overcooked, just dry with a slight smell of spoiled food in a place that is supposed to specialize in WINGS...It looked like the order was put together from leftovers....

Kid-friendliness: It's an adult atmosphere but kids are welcomed; there just isn't much fun and games for them.Wheelchair accessibility: the location is on the ground level direct access from the parking area... with wheelchair access directly in the front.

I showed up Saturday at 12:30 and was surprised the place was practically empty. There were seven of us, including three children. We waited almost ten minutes before anyone came to seat us and the waitress just grabbed menus and walked off without saying anything but a small hand motion for us to follow her. Horrible attitude displaying she didn’t want to be at work. We sat at the table and waited fifteen minutes and left. No one came to greet us or get our drink orders. There’s no manager to be found. This place has gone downhill. I’ll never come to this location again.
The terrible experience, the beautiful place, the poor food and the waitress's very poor service, they should change staff.

I ordered a salad and this was the worst salad that I've ordered from any restaurant. It was supposed to be buffalo chicken salad and to my surprise there was no buffalo sauce.

I ordered takeout online, and when i got home I realized what I had recieved is not what I ordered. When I called to express my concern, they had no idea what to do, which shows just how unorganized and untrained they are. When I was transferred to customer service, I was treated with complete and utter disrespect. The phone call even ended with the lady hanging up on me. Never once did they apologize for their mistake. Instead, tried to turn it into my issue. I didn’t realize them writing my order down incorrect was my issue. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by this chain and will never take my business here again. I firmly believe who ever was answering the phone/ taking orders tonight, along with customer service should be fired. The entirety of Buffalo Wild Wings should be embarrassed.
