this is by far the most ghetto chic fillet you will encounter, the staff is ultra rude and always turning over, the bus stop out front provides a fresh wave of polite patrons in heavey rotation, and the food is always soggy and gross because the staff puts in minimum effort, don’t bother complaining to the owner, they know it’s ok in their eyes. But I guess, what do you expect for a chicken sandwich with 55 chemicals in it so they can make it in the morning leave it on the counter all day and nothing goes wrong with it?

Food is always good, consistent, and quick to arrive, and the staff is always extremely pleasant and attentive. Staff checked up on us multiple times after we got our food, which is something I've rarely experienced in fast food.

I am very disappointed about my food, the service and employees are great and very respectful I haven’t ordered in a while because the quality of the food is not good, it’s not the same as it was the lettuce looks like it’s been sitting there for a while and the toppings seem like they are put in with tweezers and the chicken in almost FROZEN I am very disappointed at the North Haven Chick-Fil-A because of it’s food quality because before I could save half of my salad and it was actually lettuce just not the stems of the lettuce and they also put cabbage in there I’m only giving one start because there personal is nice and I tried given them a second chance but it still was bad I haven’t bought from here for over a year and a half and yet today the food is still the same trash quality but again I really am disappointed in the food and here is a picture of proof

Usually, I get the crispy chicken nugget meal. I have tried the chicken sandwich, and both are a hit. Line is somewhat a wait, but it is always worth it. Also, I love my cookie and cream milkshake. ? Lemonade is usually good, my first go-to with the meal. I'm just happy to have a location in CT. The one located in the casino doesn't hit the same.Parking: Parking gets a little crazy when the drive thru is busy. But there are plenty of spaces to park at the restaurant and also close by
The food is great and there fries are delicious and it is a lot of fries in such a small box also the service was great and the people are very helpful while we were there my sister lost something and they were very helpful to find it going out of there way to move things around just to find it very happy would definitely
Sandwiches were great and all, but my review is really for the front girl “Simone”. She was SO KIND and attentive when taking our order that I want her to know she is the best and to never lose that energy girl!
