The passion brought to this place by the owner/staff is radiant. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in the New Haven area. Pastries are delicious and the quality of the coffee is consistent. Gay living room vibes. I feel at home here.
Owner is very funny, I like her relationship with her customers. She makes callbacks to prior conversations, showing she listened and remembered. I love her specials and that she makes everything herself, I am never bored with the menu. Crossroads is a huge supporter of local artists and hosts events.
I have been a loyal customer at Crossroads since they opened and can say without a doubt they are my FAVORITE coffee shop. The owner has the witty energy of an older sister and remembers all of her regulars names and favorite orders. The environment has never felt uncomfortable, I choose to do much of my studying here as it is a typically calm space.
