I visited your location in North Haven, CT on 3/30/24.I placed an order around 9:30am on 3/30/24 for a 2:20pm pickup for 4 carrot cakes. When I arrived at 2:10pm I was told that they had sold out of the carrot cakes. I then said I had placed the order early this morning, why didn’t you save the order… the response was that they are made to order.If your orders are made to order then you should not be taking orders ahead of time, I think this was very unprofessional of this company. You should not be able to order something a head of time with out warning that it’s not guaranteed.I did not contact the store via email and have currently not heard back from them it’s now 4/7
