They need to do a better job training the gentleman behind the counter on New Year’s Eve. Bringing things over and throwing them on the table, not making eye contact, and just being rude for no reason. I get it holidays get busy but we were the only people in the location. Do better!

Right off the bat I knew before ordering this was gonna be bad, I pull up to “what do you want” and received this tall glass of sugar milk for $6 lol he handed it to me and just walked away and slammed the window closed

Just curious if the espresso is in the room with us cause I definitely paid for a cup of creamer and a stunning personality

There is another Dunkin' close. Go to that one. This one is terrible. They take forever. The staff is just standing around inside. And they got my order wrong twice over. Especially egregious, I specified hot coffee and was given iced. It's snowing outside. Terrible.

Dunkin Donuts in general has become one of the worst places in the world to get a coffee and a donut.. It's so expensive and tastes awful.... The donuts have shrunk for sure... I visited this Dunkin today with 3 children... They made me the worst latte ever that was all milk and ice, and they forgot to give me the donuts for the kids... And it wasn't even busy.. I am never going there again. I think I'll boycott Dunkin all together.. It's a total rip off!!!

I usually like this dunkin but today I had an encounter with Ciara whose customer service was horrible. I pulled up to the ordering speaker & no greeting but “what do you want “ . It seems like I was bothering her by ordering . So I just pulled off . It does not hurt to be friendly .

Waited an extensive amount of time in the drive-thru line to finally place an order of hashbrowns. The lady taking our order said, verbatim, “We don’t feel like making anymore hasbrowns because everyone has been ordering them for like the last 5 minutes.”

8:17 pm 7/8/25 on a Tuesday night. My daughter orders a bacon egg and cheese. Miserable girl on the other end “we closed our oven for the night” My son then ask for a dunk a latte and she says “we can’t make it machine is closed” They close at 10pm. I have this a second chance, I went one other time to order 12 donuts and the staff was the most miserable, nasty, and worst attitudes I have ever dealt with. I rarely ever put in a bad review, out of all of my reviews only 1 is bad. This is my second. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Save yourself the time, and aggravation of dealing with these miserable workers!
