I go in the morning to purchase a dozen bagels and donuts each. I ask for a side tube of cream cheese, as I will be bringing this to work. They don't have any. Well, that's not helpful. Walker in and walked out. Worker was completely void of any emotion.

Came in to get a box of joe. The girl behind the counter had a runny nose and was actively blowing her nose đ€§. I asked her if she was making my order to please wash her hands. She said she wasnât making my order, and she proceeded to put lids on like 10 unsuspecting drive-through orders with her snot-covered hands as I waited. đ€ź

I thought the Dunkinâ Donuts down by Big Y was pretty bad but wow this one takes first prize. I literally ordered a medium and large iced macchiato with light ice. The employees literally filled it with ice and could not comprehend the basic concept of light ice. Then they hassled me and made like literally a medium half full and the large with less than the half. I said do you see you made the large less than the medium? After a bunch of exhaustive back and forth with the staff who really seem completely ignorant I finally just got the refund. Like really how hard is it to put in light ice ? I am positive when they make their drinks they make it the way they want! But do not expect to be a normal person just ordering a coffee with LITERALLY an EASY REQUEST of light ice to get it they will just give you a bunch of bull crap and smart talk for even daring to pull up and order something that simple. I said I want to talk to the manager she said âthats fine she ainât here I she wonât care I will talk to her myselfâ. They need to teach the employees how to do their job even the basics like light ice and certainly not to harass the customer for making coffee decisions it is so ridiculous. I canât make this up so here is a picture of the medium they gave me (unfortunately I did not take one of the large but it was literally less then the medium) pretty sure they made it this way just to be rude. My son was in the car with me and he was like wow what is wrong with these people how do they not understand that why are they even workingâŠso yeah not kid friendly place either when they are being so obnoxious right in front of your childâŠThis occurred at drive through at about 2:20pm ish on Friday December 13, 2024.
The upside is if you are a person who like being treated like garbage then hey this place will be a perfect place for you to go to and you can get a crappy coffee so for those who enjoy being treated like crap this is a sure ticket to that!
