Went before closing and the staff introduced her self on the drivethru speaker saying we are closing soon so you only have like 15 min…..(I am at a drive thru why would I want to be longer than 15 minutes anyways 🥴)…. I proceeded to order 2 small hot cocoa and the girl rudely said haha we don’t serve anything hot anymore… really ??? I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. Obviously I left. The staff apparently owns the restaurant and decides if they are willing to work rather than working during their scheduled time they also seem to enjoy being as rude as possible to make the customer go away. This doesn’t seem like the culture of North Haven and I will certainly not be going back if that is the culture of this establishment ✌️enjoy losing customers because your staff is rude and lazy!!!

Apparently this location likes to weaponize the police against their African American customers after burning them with hot tea. Their response after being immediately informed that the customer has been burned by a tea they handed to them with a loose lid … “ well I get burned everyday” . Then they proceed to refuse a refund, provide any additional service, and proceed to call the police when the customer is trying to address a situation that was met with zero empathy or accountability. Appalling and unacceptable customer service and then to trespass a paying customer when the fault was theirs just added insult to literal injury.

Always on point! Great Dunkin location. Well run, well operated, friendly service. Always happy to make your order, no issues at this location like I do with the other one down the road. That's why I like being a repeat patron at this location.

I hardly ever write reviews, but dear god is this place SLOW. So slow that I had time to write this review while I was waiting in line. It's almost comical how many people end up driving out of the line in frustration, and I don't blame them because I ended up doing the same..

This is a good place but lately, they have been getting my orders wrong every time. They won't tell me if they are out of stock of something and will just put something else in without telling me, or I'll be missing items and even changing my order when it's something different on screen. When I get to the window, half of the order is changed, and it's a completely different price.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The drive-thru service was exceptionally slow, and I had to wait far longer than expected. The employees appeared to be working without any sense of urgency, making the wait even more frustrating. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I hope management addresses these issues promptly to improve the service quality.
