I typically like coming here but it so slow all of the time, went there this past Saturday and I did a drive through order ahead, got there at 9:45 sat in the drive through until 10:15 and my order still wasn’t ready and they weren’t answering the drive through speaker; I paid for my bagel and coffee prior and couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave; there were two people inside working and completely ignoring the drive through. When I waved to get their attention they just ignored me; 4 people left the drive through while I was there because they were so slow and terrible by ignoring the drive through. I dont understand how anyone can work in fast food/drive through sand not give fast quality service…. I think they need to hire more people or get rid of the people that are ridiculously slow and making people wait for over 10 minutes for one coffee and one small bagel… I wasted time and lost out on money because I couldn’t stay there any longer and was late for an appointment after k preordered and paid ten minutes before arriving….
I recently went into the store this DD and was ignored by 3 workers and the manager for almost 10 min before the manager apologized for the wait and took my order. Then the work staff ignored my order in favor of the drive through for almost 10 minutes until I told them I needed to leave for an appointment. I told them not to bother toasting my bagel but just to put on cream cheese. The response? If you are in a rush why don’t you take the bagel and put on the cream cheese yourself? At this point I was very hungry, very late, and very frustrated that the manager just stood there and did nothing. I ended up leaving without my bagel. Stay away from this Dunkin. It is horrible.
Always takes forever in the drive through…15 minutes is crazy at 3 pm
Long wait times, order had the wrong or missing items (asked for a 2/2, got a 4/4 lol and they forgot my hash browns).

It's been so slow for 15 minutes. I barely got a coffee.
They gave me a stale bagel and it was very hard. I asked politely if we could change it. The woman insisted that it would be the same. No, if you give me a fresh bagel, it won't be the same. After all, this is not the first time I've eaten this. When I told her I would write a Google review, she said she didn't care. Also the slowest Dunkin Donuts I've ever seen

Don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Pulled in this morning and there was one car at the window and someone waiting at the speaker to give their order. Pulled out of the line 5 minutes later and nothing had changed. Not the first time this has happened, it’s every time. Need to hire more people or work on training. The employees are nice but if it takes 10 minutes to microwave a breakfast sandwich something ain’t right.

The attention is hostile, I think they should be a little kinder and above all make the order as they ask you not to your liking.
Great Dunkin in town, the servers are very polite and greet you with a smile. They also get what you order correct! Braiden deserves a raise, this kid works hard and treats even difficult customers with respect and is always friendly.

Went before closing and the staff introduced her self on the drivethru speaker saying we are closing soon so you only have like 15 min…..(I am at a drive thru why would I want to be longer than 15 minutes anyways 🥴)…. I proceeded to order 2 small hot cocoa and the girl rudely said haha we don’t serve anything hot anymore… really ??? I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. Obviously I left. The staff apparently owns the restaurant and decides if they are willing to work rather than working during their scheduled time they also seem to enjoy being as rude as possible to make the customer go away. This doesn’t seem like the culture of North Haven and I will certainly not be going back if that is the culture of this establishment ✌️enjoy losing customers because your staff is rude and lazy!!!
