If I could leave minus a star I would they act like there doing you a favor just by being there to ecknoring you I keep being disappointed and disrespected here I go back every few months thinking it may improve but not I will no longer try I didn't get waited on this morning only got dirty looks just for geeting in line

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. And as a mobile phlebotomist that’s on the road 8-16 hours everyday driving all over CT I’ve been to ALOT of Dunkin’s. This particular Dunkin at 384 state st, north haven CT, has a store manager with a TERRIBLE attitude. When I arrived at the dunkin she told me that there were no more hash browns and strawberry dragonfruit. I asked her for a refund, through the window I can clearly see her rolling her eyes and smacking the counter with attitude. She claimed that she couldn’t give refunds and refunds could only be done online through the app. I KINDLY informed her that I travel to many Dunkin’s and this happens all the time, the app doesn’t refund orders and that all she has to do is refund me the exact change and keep receipt for store manager. She rudely yells “I AM THE MANAGER AND I DONT DO THAT”. I kindly informed her that I used to be a store manager for dunkin for many years and you can do that and that’s actually policy because you cannot withhold someone’s money. She refused to refund the whole order. Claiming because she made 1/3 of the items I HAVE to take that item and can’t get refunded for it. So I received a cold croissant stuffer and half my change I was owed. I’m so highly disappointed because this dunkin was my favorite. I passed many Dunkin’s on my way and purposely choose this one on purpose. I told to have a better day but I won’t be returning unfortunately. I’ve never dealt with such attitude from anybody and it’s even sadder that she’s the store manager smh

Super Rude! The girl taking my order was rushing me and had an attitude over the drive thru speaker. However the male was nice, I feel bad that he has to work a shift with her for the rest of the morning. Just save your time and go to the Dunkin down the street
Most staff is nice, but the young lady that works there is very rude and unprofessional to say the least ! Get rid of her immediately! Doesn't know how to talk to customers !!!!

I went through the drive through to get a sausage egg and cheese on and everything bagel toasted the lady who was taking my order rudely cut me off and said “I ain’t making no food today” I said okay so I ordered a drink and again she rudely said “we don’t have any of that” so I told her okay never mind and drove off. I will probably never go there again because of this encounter there are other Dunkin’s.

Ordered a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. No explanation needed, just look at the photo. Kid seemed tired or rlly high which would be fine with me if he made my bagel right.

Short girl with glasses was very rude. I ordered a large latte and got a medium but somehow that’s my fault. Bagels all generally stale and never roasted correctly. Management must not be looking at there reviews lately because it appears the last 6 months this place has gone downhill. Not a single good review in that time. Pathetic staff

We didn't get our foid because the cashier was the rudest snot I have seen in a wile if she rolled her eyes much more she'd pass out from being dizzy

worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. ordered a caramel latte. got a water down coffee w milk and no caramel. ordered a strawberry refresher. got water w a splash of strawberry. i asked the worker to fix it and she told me to “meet her outside bc she was off her shift”. all the workers here are unprofessional and rachet. all miserable and don’t know how to do their jobs nor how to act. need new staff. maybe less ghetto dropouts!!

Normally, this Dunkin’ Donuts is really good but the last few months it’s been terrible service. The people in the morning are great. The afternoon people are the worst. I normally don’t write reviews like this, but this is the third time I’ve ordered curbside when they weren’t even busy and sat out there for over 10 minutes waiting for my order and then having to go inside and get it While they’re sitting on their phones, unable to read that it’s curbside service. Why even offer it if they’re not gonna use it if the kid wasn’t sitting on his phone texting and reading messages, he would’ve been able to read the order to bring it out I don’t know what’s wrong with these younger kids that work in these places, but something has to be fixed best part is is that everything I order for curbside that I have to run in to get becomes cold and they don’t even offer to fix it or make a brand new one after I’ve been sitting forever waiting for it
