Dunkin'

Normally, this Dunkin’ Donuts is really good but the last few months it’s been terrible service. The people in the morning are great. The afternoon people are the worst. I normally don’t write reviews like this, but this is the third time I’ve ordered curbside when they weren’t even busy and sat out there for over 10 minutes waiting for my order and then having to go inside and get it While they’re sitting on their phones, unable to read that it’s curbside service. Why even offer it if they’re not gonna use it if the kid wasn’t sitting on his phone texting and reading messages, he would’ve been able to read the order to bring it out I don’t know what’s wrong with these younger kids that work in these places, but something has to be fixed best part is is that everything I order for curbside that I have to run in to get becomes cold and they don’t even offer to fix it or make a brand new one after I’ve been sitting forever waiting for it

I order a corn muffin this morning heat it with butter but when I got to my destination I noticed that the muffin was smashed and not intact like other places do. And very miserable employees as well

I waited at the counter for 5 minutes as the rude associate ignored us didn't say one work as she looked at us twice all she had to say is ill be with you in a minute or something

Don’t waste your time!Service… What is that? Employees are either in their car or talking to gas attendant. You’ll sit in drive thru for 5 min before someone helps you!Three times I had to go back because food was messed up!Don’t waste your money!

Service was kind. A little slow and the place looks like it needs a bit of TLC. Food and coffee was good though.

This DD coffe counter always dirty and floor I can imagine how's that back food counter.i won't get anything to eat here even if it's ww3 and budweiser virus out .The health dept should go in I know they will find atleat 5 broken codes...good luck

Love this Dunkin. Great service. The morning crew is great.

One of if not the best dunkin in the area. Theres a lovely woman there named rebecca. There computers were down today and instead of making me wait she brought my coffee outside to me. Shes such a sweet,soft spoken,beautiful person. I really hope the mangers there treat her with respect cause she deserves to be treated with the utmost respect and care. You give what you get and she definately gives it. Thank you rebecca for being you.
