Employees are extremely rude. They allowed me to buy stuff that's not available and then decline my refund. Almost felt the the older black woman was trying to steal from me using the store as cover.

Woman prepping bagels and sandwiches had her cell phone resting on the SAME cutting board where she was prepping food. Never seen such a blatant hygiene violation. People use their cell phones all day, and they’re known to be covered in bacteria and viruses. Will not be returning.

Stopped in for coffee, cashier was extremely rude, when we had asked the server for more creamer, this cashier while playing with her braided hair yelled at her said I asked them if they wanted it. I will not be back. She was on her phone and sipping from a coffee cup while we were trying to order.

Today I went to Dunkin’ Donuts the worker there was just on his phone while I was ordering I gave my order and before he even finished making my order he was taking other peoples customer order while I was waiting for a long time I told him I want to cancel my order and I wanted my money back he told me I needed to talk with the manager and told me his number was on the receipt I tried calling the number but it’s not working, I still haven’t gotten my money back this is the 2nd time I have argued with a worker there the workers have no respect

Not the best Dunkin to go to. Went up to register to order my food (bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and 1 order of loaded hash browns). So the guy told me my total and I payed. I get my food, the bagel is burnt and I get regular hash browns. So I said “it’s supposed to be loaded hash browns” and the guy says “oh we don’t have those anymore” so I said “could have told me that when I was paying” and walked out. Unbelievable, no communication.

Group of people sitting next to pickup line take every order that comes out. Seem to be very friendly with the cook. Had to continuously ask for my order again because it kept getting taken by other group. Absolute chaos in there. Everyone is bothered to work and they never have anything in stock. Most sketchy, disgusting Dunkin I’ve ever seen
