I don’t know if a High School Diploma is a requirement to work here but if it’s not then it should be. Maybe then the workers will be smart enough to read an order right or even understand English when someone at the drive thru window corrects them and they still get it wrong. This generation is going to ruin this country.

RUDE LADY AT THE COUNTER! The lady at the counter is extremely rude. She was pissed because we ordered 4 lattes. Why work at Dunkin if you don’t like/want to make lattes. lol ??

Stopped in on a busy Sunday and no worker at all. Asked the subway worker if they had left and they were unable to find anyone. Incredibly unprofessional to staff a rest stop with one worker on a busy weekend. Hopefully this worker said they were sick of being overworked and walked out.

Darius, the individual who took my order, was horrendously rude. I ordered a coffee with almond milk which they charge extra for. I received my coffee opened it up and it barely had any almond milk. Normally this isnt a big deal at all dunkin because i politely ask if they can add a little more but darius said he has to charge me again for him to put some more. I argued that i already had paid for him to add almondmilk and he refused. Wanting to get back on the road again, i told him i would pay AGAIN but i would like to pour my own almond milk to make sure im satisfied. He agreed i paid, he brought milk over, i tried to take it to pour and he started yanking it and threatened to hit me if i tried to take the almond milk from him. Darius, if you ever read this please know that making tired commuters lives harder isn’t going to make your life any better.
