This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve been to in my entire life. I ordered a simple black iced coffee and showed up 10 minutes after the order was placed—yet it still wasn’t ready. It’s egregiously understaffed as well. I hope that this place can get themselves together.

It’s 7 PM on a Saturday and you cannot get a coffee to keep on driving because they’re closed. Completely defeats the purpose.

Tried to order a carmel frozen coffee and was told that it didn't exist and she's never heard of it. Both their screens were broken, so no menu was posted. Ended up ordering 3 hash browns and only received 2, which we didn't notice until we drove away, and since this is a rest stop, there was no going back.
The donut (Boston cream) tasted like burnt oil, and the coffee tasted like reheated coffee. Bad experience.
