Only great worker here is Brian. Always serves customers promptly and is respectful. Newer employees are always just getting sodas at the soda machine and seem lost. Brian needs more recognition and a promotion for holding down this location.

At around 6:40 PM on a busy Friday one of your employee station at making burgers, a little white guy with shortman’s energy is trying to make silly conversations with doordash drivers. I didn’t pay much attention to what he was blabbering but he could be awarded as certified bully. I didn’t know five guys started hiring unprofessional bullies.

Horribly rude teenage employees. My family arrived at 9 after a long drive with hours to go, we just ordered 1 BLT and 2 fries. However, apparently that’s enough to earn us a horrible experience. We waited at the counter for minutes before even being acknowledged with clear annoyance by the young man working. When one of us tried to use the restroom, the young lady cleaning blatantly blocked me off and started to pretend clean so we couldn’t use it. Our food took way too long especially with no other orders coming in, and when one of us said “goodbye have a nice night” they just stared at us as if they’ve never heard those words before. Overall, employees shouldn’t make customers feel like an inconvenience. I understand they close at 10 but if they can’t step it up and do their job correctly and with human decency, then they aren’t cut out to work in customer service. Do better.

I’m not sure what happened tonight but I’ve never gotten a burger bowl as terrible as this one. I asked for all the way and there’s no mushroom or onions. No mustard or ketchup added. Just mayo. Barely any lettuce. Literally never have had this happened before but it was incredibly disappointing. If they didn’t have certain ingredients, there was zero communication stating as such. This meal was not worth the 20% tip left ☹️

EVENING WE SEEN 3 EMPLOYEES 2 FLIRTING & LAUGHING WITH ONE ANOTHER NO ONE TO TAKE OUR ORDER & WE LOOKED OVER TO SEEN THE OTHER EMPLOYEE WITH HIS BACK TO US ON HIS PHONE & HIS PANTS HANGN OFF HIS ASS!!!! We ordered a bunch of things, the shakes are consistently good, the fries are good when they’re hot, which is about a ten minute window after they’re picked up. There was definitely beef chunks/gristle in my veggie sandwich though. You really shouldn’t have things like this on your menu if you’re going to cook them on the same surface that you cook beef on and do not clean the grill in between. This is wildly irresponsible and is dangerous for people who are strict vegetarian.

Used to be good when it first opened. Has definitely not been great the past few times. Half old burnt fries and half fresh fries is the new usual. My burger was wrapped while it was sliding to the side and my foil was ripped with the burger sticking out a little. My s/o's burger was a crispy so that was overcooked like half of my fries. And I also had barely any bag fries ? (yes I know I'm not entitled to bag fries but isn't that what they're known for?) Either way they weren't that great of fries so it was probably for the best I didn't get any more.
