My family and I have been going here for many years and seems that just lately Friendly's became just another fast food restaurant. Let me explain. I remember when the people working there knew your face sometimes even your favorite meal or ice-cream. Now they sit you down very small talk and it seams like they can't keep there employees. Everytime we go there's a new person there. And don't get me started on the prices it's way out of hand.

Had not had Friendlys in years so I went in to get food and ice cream. My gf's chicken sanwich was horrible. The chicken was burnt, the bun was cold and the rest of it was just not good. My melt was alright but deffinitely could have been way better. Even the ice cream tasted almost stale, not creamy and smooth. The waitress also took a while to come take the order and cash us out. Maybe it was an off night but it was not the way I remember it from years ago.

This was a nostalgia pick for me and, to that end, I liked re-visiting a place I grew up with but this restaurant is in sore need of updating. Surfaces are worn and the floor was in need of cleaning. The waitress sat us at a dirty table but, to her credit, realized it and had us wait a moment while she wiped it down. I appreciated this but did not like sitting at a wet table.
The food was okay and the waitress was nice enough but they did get my son's order wrong. Refills did not happen although we had to wait longer for the correct meal. We ended up feeding him from our plates and packing up his order when it came. We took our desserts to go and they were very tasty.
Overall, not bad but it did not measure up to expectations. Restoring/updating the facility would go a long way towards an improved experience.

If I could give this place a negative zero I would. The manager actually took my order. She came out with an attitude. Not sure if it was due to the weather or her not wanting to be there or simply not liking her job. Either way I will not be returning to this particular establishment.

Surprisingly the Lobster 🦞 Roll was 🔥 Bathroom was super clean, floor was super slippery, most likely due it just possibly been mopped. Server was friendly. Shake and ice cream sundae was great!

There was no hostess and took us 10 mins to be sat (peope before us left), then 10 mins to get our drinks, server went MIA and never checked for refills or anything. We wanted to get milkshakes after but he ignored and just gave us our check.
Aging building but good food and relatively good service (they forgot broccoli side and when it did come out, it was cold). I got the Philly Cheese Steak Melt which really hit the spot and the Mint Chocolate Chip Sundae which I ate to quick to get a picture 😂. Great food and nice service.

I used to love coming here as a child, it was one of my favorite restaurants growing up, I’m so sad that it’s disappearing, and I was so excited to get another chance to go and eat there. Good food per usual, always very accommodating, and the ice cream was delicious.

Totally disappointed. She took our order and didn’t put my man’s food in. Apologizes. Asks what desert we want. Doesn’t put in his dessert order. Left us without drinks. I ask for more diet and she didn’t get it for me. I had to get up myself and ask another server. Asked for the check and didn’t even get that. Not even 4 tables in the restaurant. I went for our anniversary and told the other servers that as well. It was just a nightmare. July 6th was supposed to be perfect and my man had to watch me eat waiting for his food that never came. Then the ice cream never came. She didn’t even put the order in for either meals for him. I just can’t believe it. It felt very personal.
