Tonight I ordered a sandwich and ice cream through Uber Eats. The driver picked up my order and after some time sent me a message telling me his car broke down. He said he could deliver it but it would be late. Not sure how that works with ice cream. After attempting to contact uber for a replacement order with no success my order finally arrived a half hour later … only my melted ice cream - no sandwich. The driver dropped it in front of my door and said enjoy B**** … which I have on video.

Updating review to let you know being under staff is still a problem. People are leaving as I write this review. 10 people just left. We're being ignored and there are only 2 waiters so I can't blame them. You need to pay better or something. Poor waiters are running around like crazy.
Food is great. Always seems short staffed and servers are doing multiple jobs which delays even bringing you the check when you need to leave.

Went for ice cream with my one and only wife and 2 friends , we all ordered Sunday’s , only 1 came out correct , 2 had the ice cream selection switched and I ordered the Reese’s pieces Sunday and it came with no hot fudge or peanut butter, I sent mine back and they added the hot fudge but not the peanut butter and by that time it was a melted hot mess, extremely disappointing

I placed an order for delivery on the Friendly’s app and when one of the dishes weren’t available, I received a text from DoorDash instead of a call from the store which the order was placed. When I receive my order with the missing dish, not knowing a text was sent through DoorDash as I didn’t place the order through DoorDash I attempted to call and speak to a manager, long story short she was rude and hung up in my face. I went online after many attempts couldn’t find a number to make a complaint about as I couldn’t make a complaint with the Store as she was the manager. I finally found a number left a message couple days later a follow up message. I found some sort of chat sent the chat and still no one from the franchise has reached out to me to discuss such a horrible treatment. Worst service I’ve ever received. Very unprofessional.

The burgers we ordered were not good at all we told the waiter and he didn't care . The service was not good either the waiter was very forgetful . My seat was dirty and I had to clean it myself. Just not a good experience at all . Basically we left hungry after paying $80
