Went to Froyo on Saturday 8/10/24, with my granddaughter and sister, who is visiting from PA. The yogurt stations and fixings stations were filthy, tables weren't wiped down!! One young customer had a spoon and was sampling, the different flavors!!! Didn't know sampling was allowed.?? It's suppose to be a FRIENDLY atmosphere... Customer service was awful, cashier,very unfriendly, definitely not a FRIENDLY atmosphere. Sad bc the yogurt is delicious.

Best frozen yogurt. Love how they have nutritional content of every flavor. Weigh it to show how much you are eating. Happy Hour M-F...$5 cups!!

Nice place to get a somewhat healthy desert. It's very pricey but worth it as long as you only go once in awhile

Man oh man was i happy as i ate my strawberry flavored frozen yogurt. .with fresh blueberries and strawberries and other toppings!
We definitely plan to go back!

Parking: The place is located in an outside mall area that had PLENTY of parking spots!
Kid-friendliness: It's a do-it-yourself frozen yogurt place and is just a fun experience for kids and even adults! My husband had more toppings than Frozen Yogurt ?

The Ice cream is generally pretty good, specially with the lack of Froyos near by. But can be hit or miss with quality or customer service . Also their store hours seem to change last minute and not updated on google, which would be ideal.

The cake batter and chocolate were total soup. My two favorite flavors were out, I might as well just have not come. The toppings were low and the lady working at the register was rude. Terrible customer service. Also my two friends got offered punch cards and not me.

On Thursday, 5/2/24 at approx. 630 pm. I entered Fro yo world and made a statement pertaining to whether or not happy hour is over. Very abruptly and harsh an associate responded “Yes” then proceeded to speak with another associate in regards to my rhetorical question saying “ I hate when people ask dumb questions”. I then attempted to pay for my frozen yogurt (I should have walked out then) and the associate advised me that Apple Pay isn’t accepted there. I then handed over my frozen yogurt and the associate, very passive aggressively threw it straight in the trash. I felt extremely un easy and not welcomed. I then decided to call and speak with a manager and was placed on hold, then hung up on twice, the third time I was told there wasn’t a manger and would not know when a manger will be available. I am completely and utterly dissatisfied with the comments against me and the service. I hope that no one else experience this. I will not be returning.
Nicely lite place with small area of seating. Service was great. Options provided were more fruity options with other options like cookies and cream, pistachio and birthday cake. Nice variety of toppings.

The employee at the register was so nice. Great employee,I watch her while we were eating our yogurt me, and my kids were very impressed that she wiped all the counters and wiped down the fruit bar.
