Ordered a toasted tuna melt sub. Received a cold tuna sub with lettuce and tomato. No cheese. They are usually on point

No sauce no seasonings at all straight out the fridge into the pan I'm good

These people made a mistake and charged me 537.78 for a 39.00 order from my checking not credit card took all my bill money didn't credit me till 3 days later and now have to wait for my bank still don't have not even a curiosity call I had to go there just a sorry about that not our fault your bank takes 5 days very nasty customer service still made me pay for food not even a discount nothing made me feel like I did something wrong ya I guess I did I ordered from there never again that's not 10 dollars or was 500.00

everything they do don't correct there mistakes took 500.00 dollars extra from my card no call nothing but a sorry about that it was on the 4/6/24 they didn't credit till the 9th now it's the 10th I'm still waiting negative checking account -486.00 for almost 5 days now can't pay bills don't care if I have fees and still took the 39.00 for the food order owner flat out told me you ate it right very nasty customer service I went there and spoke to owner nasty nasty nasty

Never order from this place.I ordered hot wing and a chef salad with unions on the side.what I got is what seems to be almost a chef salad no unions and dry hot wings.that wasn't hot with no sauce on them.No dressing for salad or wings.no fork,no knife,no napkins,no bread with the salad,and when I called them back to tell them that I didn't get any of this.the response was did I ask for any of these things because they don't just give it out. What does that even mean...this place is a 0 out of 10 first and last time I ever order from this place.I encourage you not to was your money! Garbage food,Garbage service!

Food is always delicious. Favorite place to get pizza. Had a party here today and everything was wonderful. Guests loved it as well!

The food was hot when it came to the door that's a plus but when ordering the guy was fast and ŕude when I called back to order something else 1 minute later he was still the same way the food was OK they give you your money but have to work on on customer service

I considered ordering from this restaurant on my lunch break because it was only 15 minutes away from my job . I ordered 10-piece buffalo wings and a small chef salad which came up to $36 I didn't get any napkins or a fork to eat my salad with, no type of condiments. Never again can I order from a restaurant that did not even give me a fork and I paid over $30 for food.

I visit this establishment frequently, because my husband and I love their pizza. Today we decided to order sandwiches which we have never tried before. The lady that took the order was kind and professional and took our order correctly (our order slip is pictured below). We received our sandwiches, mine looked like a meatball sub with mozzarella; (this is key) I didn’t examine it, just added mayo and took a bit. After I bit it I realized it wasn’t meatball, whatever was on it was dry and a little tough. I think it may have been chicken or veal, but it wasn’t meatball. My husbands sandwich was also incorrect. When we called we were told if we didn’t bit the sandwich we could return it and have another one made and delivered, and it would take 30 minutes because the staff was eating; otherwise there was nothing they could do about it. What’s fair about this situation? I spent $32.00 on two sandwiches and a soda and couldn’t even get the correct sandwich. It was their mistake and it should have been rectified by them. I’m sure they don’t care, but today was my last time spending any money at this establishment knowing this is how they treat their customers when they were wrong.

The chicken in my tomato lettuce chicken wrap tasted and looked like leftover microwaved chicken. with some craft mac and cheese.
