The food was hot when it came to the door that's a plus but when ordering the guy was fast and ŕude when I called back to order something else 1 minute later he was still the same way the food was OK they give you your money but have to work on on customer service

The audacity to even put that in the box to give to a customer. Shameful. I've given them so so many chances... NEVER again!!!!!!! Even the pizza itself was shit!

I considered ordering from this restaurant on my lunch break because it was only 15 minutes away from my job . I ordered 10-piece buffalo wings and a small chef salad which came up to $36 I didn't get any napkins or a fork to eat my salad with, no type of condiments. Never again can I order from a restaurant that did not even give me a fork and I paid over $30 for food.

I visit this establishment frequently, because my husband and I love their pizza. Today we decided to order sandwiches which we have never tried before. The lady that took the order was kind and professional and took our order correctly (our order slip is pictured below). We received our sandwiches, mine looked like a meatball sub with mozzarella; (this is key) I didn’t examine it, just added mayo and took a bit. After I bit it I realized it wasn’t meatball, whatever was on it was dry and a little tough. I think it may have been chicken or veal, but it wasn’t meatball. My husbands sandwich was also incorrect. When we called we were told if we didn’t bit the sandwich we could return it and have another one made and delivered, and it would take 30 minutes because the staff was eating; otherwise there was nothing they could do about it. What’s fair about this situation? I spent $32.00 on two sandwiches and a soda and couldn’t even get the correct sandwich. It was their mistake and it should have been rectified by them. I’m sure they don’t care, but today was my last time spending any money at this establishment knowing this is how they treat their customers when they were wrong.

You need to check them out. We started with some pasta fagiolo. It almost tasted like my mom’s. So good. We then had the eggplant stack. OMG So good! Then ordered a pizza. Half peppers & sausage and half broccoli rabe & sausage. It was so good. I will definitely go back!

I have been eating here since a kid what used to be great food is now mediocre at best. Mushy macaroni tasteless sauce and nasty orange drink! The meat is tasteless and the pizza isn't what you expect in the New Haven area! The employees are pleasant the old lady not so much , order accuracy is also no longer important and don't dare give feedback she gives no Fs!

What can I say? If you have a special night out planned or a party in need of authentic Italian food this is your place to go to. I recently had a birthday party event for my wife and the food was catered by Giulio’s. Outstanding service and the food was wonderful.

Went to go pick up at this place for Uber Eats. Drove 10 mins after my first pick up, and then when I got there, waited 5 mins before getting an answer on where the order was, and then was told to wait 25 mins. The people working behind the counter also rude. I filed a complaint with Uber immediately afterwards.
