Ive always been curious about Haven Hot chicken. Today I had the pleasure of walking into a location and trying them out. I ordered the tendie slider and the sweet heat mac bowl.
Edwin was my service rep. He did a very good job of telling me all of my options as dar as heat levels and sauces. This man was very courteous, and a pleasure to interact with.
The food was amazing, and Edwins breakdown of heat levels was spot on. This meal hit the spot and delivered that perfect hit of spice. My experience? 5 stars. Thank you, I will be back.

The store is very clean, including the restroom. The staff are all very attentive and friendly and the food is piping hot and delicious! Very generous portion size, too. It's totally worth it.

This place is the real deal. Juicy, bursting with flavor and spice, with an amazing crunchy shatter. Nashville Hot is not an easy technique to pull off but they master it.
Fries are also hand cut, crispy and fluffy inside.

What is going in at the Stores location? None of the take out orders are right. Had to come back 2 min to pick up the rest of my order(my bad for not checking before I left) ugh!! Not sure I need hot haven chicken in my life again

I tried Haven Hot Chicken for the first time today, ordered a Tendie Duo Combo Mild. I tried all three sauces and by far the sweet sauce is my favorite; completely changed the game for me when it comes to chicken and tenders at that! The tenders are just about 3oz a piece so juicy & crispy with the right amount of spice. But if you like them hot they have that option too! Sarah took my order and filled me in on all there was to know about Haven Hot Chicken in Storrs & helped me to select what I wanted, & it didn’t take them long to prep my order for take out, amazing customer service! I must say I love the dine in set up as well & the restaurant was immaculately clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
