Freezing cold incorrect order arrived from uber eats- we ordered priority as well. This was an anniversary treat for us not wanting to cook for one night. The receipt haven hot chicken stapled onto the bag indicated everything listed out which *should have been* in our bag yet we were missing an entire meal and received additional box of fries- the fries looked like they were stepped on before adding to the box. We made outreach to uber eats and they will not issue refund - due to havens mistake, they gave an inconvenience fee of $2 back for a $17+ mistake. So disappointed and now not wanting to ever use this location again for the headache it caused.

I got the Fuego fries and they were OK. Than I went to get the chicken and waffles and it was $17 for a very small portion of food. Included two small waffles that were not made in house and were most likely store bought and two small pieces of chicken. Flavor was ok but did not make up for the small portion sizes for expensive food.

Ummm I just wrote a good review yesterday lol but I’m taking it back because there was a HAIR in my PREPACKAGED Rob sauce 🤢🤢 I dipped my chicken tender in the sauce and the hair came out on the chicken
