Ordered take out tonight and it was the worst I have ever had from JRoos. Baked potato looked and tasted a week old. Chicken Plicata was very grizzly fat and unedible. Pasta was overcooked and drenched in Vodka Sauce. Prices have soared and yet quality has plummeted. Really worth losing customers?

Big menu, food was great and the service was fast and friendly. From burgers to pizza to prime rib dinners everything was delicious. A big Resturaunt but open and not excessively noisy like some.

My first experience and it was meh. One waitress for a party of 14. She was pleasant and did her best. There were a couple of incorrect orders. It happens, right? But when the corrected order comes out cold...that is on the kitchen, not the waitress. Espresso martini had ice chips floating in it. It was not smooth, creamy, and no froth or beans. Up front we asked for separate checks, by couple, we received one bill. At that point who wants to sit and sort that out. First time experience equals a non return for me.

My Aunt introduced me to this place earlier this year. Their shrimps scampi has me craving a return. Yesterday, was my return to the establishment. I must say. That dish still tastes amazing. Their salad are some of the best I've had fresh wholesome ingredients and a balanced level of your favorite dressing. I think I found my permanent scampi place.
That lasagna was also an awesome dish. Cheesy top. Great tasting pasta sauce. Im not usually a fan of the mix beef and sausage. But I'll gladly eat that any day. That was good. J Roo's location is no beach front. However, the ambiance was impressive and I appreciate walking into an establishment for a meal and have total peace and serenity. Maybe that's the Anker fermented chardonnay talking 🤔🤔🤔🤔.

Don't know what they doing over there. I just spent about $50.00 for some food that looked like it came out of a micro wave. The girl Kaitlyn that answered the phone dont know nothing about nothing. No wonder these places run out of business over time. There's no professionalism and the cooks need to do better. Only the locals keep places like this thriving. Yous should be ashamed of your selves...last time I spend my hard earned money here.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Restaurant wasn’t busy. Service was attentive and warm. The menu was diverse so everyone could d something g that turned out spectacular. We started with dessert first and splurged on the truffles - HIGHLY recommend!
