The girl on the grill with blue hair goofing off taking her sweet time made us wait so long for a sub and hadn’t even started making it we just left. Will never eat at those location again.

I requested my sandwich be made a certain way. This was allowed in the note area. Waste of time because the sandwich was dry and inedible by me. I thought my request would be honored unfortunately it was not.

They need more staff! Waited 40 mins for a steak and cheese. They stated they have to catch up on online orders by the time I left my second sub which was cold was soggy! Worst experience ever!

If I could give a zero I would. Employees were rude and gave an attitude for coming in at 8:50pm when you guys close at 9pm and yelled at others for coming in at 8:57pm. I would never come again even though the food was good. I’m sure the owner wouldn’t want their staff setting their own hours.

I’ve went to get a sandwich last night, and as I was leaving, I had an injury to my cheek, immediately upon entry, the employees offered me a Band-Aid before taking my order, which I really liked. And then they provided the impeccable service on top of having a nice conversation. My favorite jersey Mike’s interaction ever.

I was waiting for my order for 10 minutes and it turned out. They had it in the pick up shelf waiting for me to be picked up. It was a hot sandwich and a cold sandwich sitting there for 10 minutes while I was waiting. The name was under JOANN. I asked for the order for Joan. Then they respond to John. They need to get some education.

Ordered 3 large subs online for pickup more than one hour ahead of time (515pm.) Arrived at store 630pm. Saw order on counter and asked to pick it up. The cashier said they are busy, still making our sandwiches and asked us to wait. I waited about another 50 minutes; after no updates. I decided to go through the 20 minute order line. I was told no chicken breast where available. Why could a person not mention this first? So 90 minutes waisted at store. We also ordered over an hour ahead of time. So over 2 hours gone. I did get my money back. I reached out to customer service but they just said they would forward my email to store. My family had no food from jerseys after I worked an 11 hour shift. Very poor initial and followup

It's been clean anytime I've gone in there, at least in the seating area. I wouldn't say the workstation area where they prepare subs is dirty, but cluttered compared to other JM's would be appropriate.

My subs are always correctly prepared as I've specified (I order on app) but I will say, they don't seem to have any organization tactic in dealing with online orders efficiently. Several times I've arrived AFTER my scheduled pickup and my sub still wasn't ready. A few times I've been right on time and my sub sits on the rack for several minutes because the staff is too busy or doesn't care to check in with the gaggle of pick-up customers massing by the register.

It's not the worst thing in the world, but when you're on a tight lunch break schedule, it's mildly frustrating and inconvenient.
