These guys are so good. Best jersey Mike’s experience I’ve ever had. It was so good, we drove over an hour to have it again. The staff is excellent, they really do a good job at putting the sandwiches together.

Stale bread and old lettuce. Awful. This is the first time we've had lousy sandwiches from JM. Very disappointing. We will not go to this location again. Yuck.

Placed an online order for lunch for 2 sandwiches. Arrived 5 min prior to pickup time given. Waited without being greeted. 5 min after pickup time was told they would he started next. 5 min after that was told they are starting them now. Told them to cancel order as I had to get back to work. Never recieved a notification that order had been canceled. Called up and they said oh, we can cancel it now for you. If I didnt call, they would have kept my money.

Rob, thanks for telling me that lunch times are busy for you, I wasnt too sure. Also, the pickup times are also an estimate, could be 5 min sooner or 30 min after youre told to get your order, be prepared to wait. Im mostly upset your fast food restaurant was ready to keep my money for failing at customer service.
How unfortunate, I have shared the email with all the blue collar municipal workers I work with. We wont be returning to this location.

Went to the Jersey Mike opening week with a buy one get one coupon Got it home and was short a sub then another one was made wrong went back in with the receipt and they said that they were correct with a serious attitude . I will never ever go to any Jerky mikes again.

I just have to say I love Jersey Mike's Subs. They beat the pants off of any other sub place that I've been to here in Connecticut. Make sure not to ask for anything extra until you've eaten one ( they don't skimp) And if you're ordering online Try to make be sure to be very specific about what you want and don't want on your sub. The bread stands up to the sandwich. Personally, I always get my sub "Mike's way" I'm sorry to not be able to review the hot Subs. But I just absolutely love their Italian sub. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10

I’ve become a regular customer due to the care/attention each employee has shown/demonstrated with all our sub orders!!The subs have ALL been delicious!I’ve actually visited another location once and even though the sub was good the staff was nowhere near as pleasant or as professional! Jersey Mikes on Universal Dr in North Haven is by far my family’s favorite ❤️ Thank you!
