I’ve went to get a sandwich last night, and as I was leaving, I had an injury to my cheek, immediately upon entry, the employees offered me a Band-Aid before taking my order, which I really liked. And then they provided the impeccable service on top of having a nice conversation. My favorite jersey Mike’s interaction ever.

I was waiting for my order for 10 minutes and it turned out. They had it in the pick up shelf waiting for me to be picked up. It was a hot sandwich and a cold sandwich sitting there for 10 minutes while I was waiting. The name was under JOANN. I asked for the order for Joan. Then they respond to John. They need to get some education.

It's been clean anytime I've gone in there, at least in the seating area. I wouldn't say the workstation area where they prepare subs is dirty, but cluttered compared to other JM's would be appropriate.

My subs are always correctly prepared as I've specified (I order on app) but I will say, they don't seem to have any organization tactic in dealing with online orders efficiently. Several times I've arrived AFTER my scheduled...
