I love Libby’s too much. I grew up with Libby’s. I surprised that they still be around Libby’s. They connect my soul and my Italian life

Asked for an assortment of 4, But was never informed of all the flavors of cannoli, was told "We have what ever you want if you know the flavors" Sorry if I interrupt your screen time I wont be coming back after your attitude.

This Libby's is just as good as the original. Centrally located on a main road in a strip mall, the parking is free. The Italian ice and cannolis are not to be missed!

Real Italian Ice is hard to find in Connecticut but you can find it here and it's AMAZING!

Great when it's fresh but so so when not. They pre-fill their cannoli. New Haven store is better than the north haven one

I ordered 3/4 of a lb of biscotti. 1/4 each of 3 different kinds. They charged me for 1.25 lbs. I thought the total was a lot but didn't say anything as I never go there (got these for a special occasion and my in-laws love the biscotti there). I cross checked the pricing online and then called to ask the price per lb and I was right- they overcharged me by a half pound. I dont think that was a mistake, I think they scam customers. Not to mention the biscotti was way harder than it should be and not very flavorful. My husband wanted a double espresso and their machine wasn't working....at an Italian pastry shop.

We went in on a Sunday at 11am and they had nothing on the shelves. I asked about the cannolis if they had chocolate chips inside and they said yes. That night we had the company and the cannolis had no chips in them and the rest of the items tasted like cardboard.The napolitan cannoli tasted all doughy and no filling in it. This will be the last time we go there. They dont seem to care about what they have and have inexperienced kids working there.

Feels like you are doing busy with an old run down great place. Seems like the place needs cleaning and a new fresh look.

Showed up at 9pm on a Friday night with a friend to a mostly empty cafe and purchased two pastries quietly. Almost as soon as we sat down, a waiter told us we could not sit anywhere without buying a drink, de facto kicking us out. This felt rude and like bad customer service policy.

Horrible service and even worse coffee. They don't even know what espresso is, tasted like coffee from Dunkin' Donuts. Only go if you want mediocre baked goods served by two wenches.

Delicious ices! Tried strawberry, orange and pomegranate. All very yum!
