Far from medium-rare, more rare than anything. I can eat steak how ever it is cooked if the grill temp is where it should be to cook it. None of the connective tissues cooked and the fat hardly rendered, I would never send food back because everyone knows how that goes, but at least cook your food at proper operation temps with your equipment. OSHA and DPH should look into this location for how they are prepping food.
After speaking with a manager before leaving she stated they cook medium rare 115deg to 129deg, which is concerning at a grill temp of 400deg, not even close to medium rare temps, which confirmed my concerns. Then asked if me if I cook for a living or for fun, which doesn't matter if you want to cook food to a proper temperature not to get people sick.
Definitely wouldn't recommend going back to this restaurant and hard to see how it has an A rating, I'd do a surprise visit here from DPH and OSHA for sure.

I don't know what is happening at this location. Used to be great. Good burgers, good food. Now, the only constant is the inconsistentcy in quality of meals. I live near by, and I can say I would not be going back. I asked for a burger, the server that brought the plate to my table was not in a good mood. The waitress was nice though. Once I saw my plate I was flabbergasted. The patty was smashed so thin that I wasn't sure wheter it was a patty or bacon. Is this a joke?? Mmm. Nope. Not going back. Now, If you enjoy gambling with your food, this will be perfect for you, just be aware.

used to be our go to place for a burger.. we've been craving one all weekend and came today to get one. They've changed the size of the burger to be extremely thin and it's no longer worth the 15.99 price tag. About 65% less fries as well. Sadly, we will not be returning and will be in search for a new burger place. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¢

The place could use a good cleaning, dust and dirt around the edge of the paneling at the bottom decor bottles were dusty bathroom was not clean, our waitress khayla was very pleasant

Mediocre at best. We've tried Longhorn now 3 times and that's about as far as I'm going to take it. The place is nice and our server was excellent which is why I gave a 3 stars, but at the prices you pay for food these days the meal should be impeccable. The steaks we ordered were not. Every steak on the table was either 50% fat or under cooked. I think they need a better system to determine the temperature of the steaks because we got 4 steaks all RARE. This is not good for a "Steak house"
Had the ribeye..it was cooked perfect. Flavor was decent. But the quality of the actual meat wasn't up to par with the pricing. Still edible and tasty.

The food was great as always. However the night we went there was no silverware. They said they would bring some as soon as they were wrapped. My y husband got his salad and had no fork to eat it. Waitress came around and said the food should be right out. We had to ask again for silverware for the sale that had been sitting there. Food came out, no silverware still. I asked if we were expected to use our hands. Finally they gave us 2 forks. They didnt have knives. Let me say it again, a steakhouse did t have a knife to cut steak. We were given no napkins either. This was unexcusable.
