I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for basically my whole life and never had a problem, after today I’ll never go back there again, I had a pretty big
Order and they forgot to give me my sons happy meal, no problem, I drive back with my receipt and go back, I go inside this time and the gentlemen with the long hair was rude as you can be, he needs to be trained on how to handle an issue, I politely walked in and informed the gentlemen that a happy meal was forgotten in my order, he replied with an attitude, chicken nuggets, 4 piece, 6 piece, apple slices????? I was like woah I’m sorry, it included the following: I Kelly my cool because I had my 4 year old son, as I was about to let that go, I took my first bite out of my Big Mac and found a 6-9” hair… need I say more, it’s a shame because that is my local McDonald’s and I’ll never go back there again.

Third day in a row they’ve given me old coffee… First two days I just went about my day today I tried to have them redo it and I need to be quieter in the back there because I heard them “oh my God “like I was a pain For wanting decent coffee which I paid for. I normally don’t complain but I don’t need them outwardly getting annoyed with me because I paid for something and wanna be able to actually enjoy it. If they get this type of thing a lot they should quiet down and complain after I leave. So I left my coffee there and lost my money

This place cannot seem to manage mobile ordering properly. Many times I've gotten the wrong order. Other times they don't process my order properly and no one there knows how to use the system. Go here if you don't care about sub par service.

Probably the worst McDonald's experience we've ever had..the filet of fish had what appeared to be mold on the bun the fries were stone cold. Just an awful waste of my money.

Even though the Ronald McDonald diet is objectively not good for you, at least this location has never fumbled delivering to you lickety split. Even when lines are long, cars move one at a time at a proper speed.
Go in drive through today (7/25/2024) at 4:55pm with my boyfriend and order a mccrispy. He goes and takes a bite into it and it’s chewy. This is raw meat In this chicken sandwich. Are you kidding me?
