Probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received, from all staff. Very petty and rude. I placed a mobile order, had my code, my receipt showing the correct address for the restaurant, and my bank transaction to show them. Never received my food, got told “it’s just not here”

I paid for the food TWICE after they proceeded to take their time and take over 45 mins to give me the SECOND order I paid for. As many of the other reviews state, they should get the cops called on them. They keep repeatedly stealing peoples money and playing in their faces about it.

Love this McDonald's. Our son and I come here once a week for his Mcflurry with M&Ms. He loves it and the staff is always kind and inviting towards him. It's super clean from the bathrooms to the entrances. Really wish some dolt hadn't run over the exit sign outside. Wonderful McDonald's!

Excellent service — shoutout to Gnan Vaka!

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! My order came out fresh and fast, and the service was genuinely friendly. A big shoutout to Gnan Vaka — super positive energy, professional attitude, and made the whole visit better. You can tell he cares about the customers and keeps things running smoothly. Honestly, employees like him deserve a raise. Keep it up!

Lady with with glasses needs to work on her customer service. I'm an uber driver and I came in to pick up my order. She as me for the order number and I said I will confirm that once I get the order number. She than said I need to see order number. I said I don't have you do. So she walks away and says you do. She said my order wasn't ready I drove 12 minutes and I waited about 5. I don't appreciate her attitude.

There was a couple in the restaurant and the guy was vaping (I could smell it) and the woman had a cat on a leash not in a carrier and sitting on a chair (cats can't be a service animals per the ADA). Multiple staff walked by and did nothing about a possible health and safety issue. So that's just kind of attitude at this place fyi.

So basically i bought my food and never received it. I saw my number on the screen that said “now serving”. A FEW minutes later boom my number disappeared. I wasn’t going to cause any problems because i know how aggressive i can get. So i just walked out, but atleast i know that i will NEVER come back to this location. (this isn’t the first time this has happened).

So I paid for a meal and never received my food! I ordered in the app and was given a code. I tell the staff my code but they can’t find it in the system. They proceed to give me a blank stare. So I’m like what do you want me to do? I already paid and I’m showing them the code. Either give me my food or a refund. They refuse to do either and suggest I “keep driving around until the code appears on their end.” Uh….no??? Hopefully corporate will solve the issue because that’s actually thievery.
And after reading other reviews, apparently this location is known to steal your money. I think cops need to start getting called on this place.
