This McDonald’s has very rude management and staff. I placed a curb side pick and arrived to spot #6 at 4:55. The app never asked me for a spot number but it said your food is being prepared and will be out shortly. I am handicapped and cannot walk good so curbside is a great option for me. After almost an half an hour I did not see any employee attempt to come outside so I went in. The cashier told me I put spot #4 I told her I was never asked for a spot number and I did not see anyone come outside. She gave me my food and the food was cold because it sat for almost a half hour. A manager then came in and I asked to have my order remade because it sat for a half hour. She insisted the food was not cold because it sat in a warmer. The cashier then again told me I put the wrong parking spot and then explained again I was never asked to put in a spot.I touched the fries and they were ice cold and told the manager and she replaced my fries I told her again the food is going to be cold and she took a sandwich out of the bag and put her hands all over and said “it is not cold”. I grabbed my food and left and as I was walking out the lady manager said in a sarcastic voice “don’t trip” she said this because I have a limp. What a terrible way to treat a handicapped person. After I got home the food was so cold it could not be eaten and I had to throw it out. Waste of 20.00.
