UPDATED 12.3.24 - please either update your operating hours on Google and your FRONT DOOR or maybe actually follow them. I'm not sure if this is a corporate or franchise location but at 615am I'm not sure why the doors are locked when the operating hours clearly say 6am

They close at 11pm. The lights are on, the drive thru signs are on, it's 1045pm. The woman answers the drive thru intercom and says they are closed. I responded that they close at 11, she says she knows. Ok so then you aren't closed. Simple as that. I consistently have terrible service here and the only reason I come is because of a lack of options during a 30min work break. All of my employees also come here on their breaks but I will make sure they go to Chik Fil A, Wendy's and Jersey Mikes

Went there at 9:05 pm . The lobby was closed when the sign in the door says the lobby is open until 10 pm. When I asked why are they closing early, the employee said that the manger decided to close the lobby at 9pm . She basically laughed because I was knocking at the door when there were people inside . When I told her my nephews likes to come in and actually eat in the lobby she just giggled. I found the whole experience super disrespectful and if the lobby is closing at 9 pm then the door and website should say that .

Placed an order for mobile pick up. Went to get my order and they said that they were closed. Online they say they close at 11pm I was there at 10:45. Now I have to wait a week for my money back. DO NOT GO HERE the service is not good and rude employees

Never get the order right. Every time I get a cheeseburger through the app theyre missing a hamburger. Im tired of having to try and fix they're mistake and the app isn't helpful with reporting issues.

Customer service needs to be retrained on not having their backs turned and looking at their phone unless its for emergency purposes. The big boss in management was there in a meeting and he got up to wait on me instead. Thank you! Food was fresh just the way I like it. Restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were also.

I went there the other day and used a mobile app code for half off a 10 piece nugget. also ordered two dc burgers and two snack wraps. I paid the money, went to the window. they came to the window and asked what i ordered, i told them, blank faces.. manager comes over and asks the same thing, and i said it again and even handed the receipt. three employees read the receipt. they handed me the first bag, not even close to what i ordered. they tried again and handed me another bag, still not right. third bag they gave me it had three snack wraps and two cheeseburgers, no nuggets, I just took the bag and left. garbage service, no remorse, they are all dazed and confused. will not be returning to this location ever again. and not for nothing, I said it verbally and showed a receipt and they messed up twice, took three tries to get my order remotely close. might need to get these employees on duolingo, rosetta stone, send them back to school, etc. gotta learn english if you wanna survive in this great country.

I just left order 3 breakfast meals and got no hash browns was td u had to pay $5 to get the 3 hash brown and, manager said the hash browns don't come with meals
