Started off fine until we asked for extra sauce and was told we had to pay, although they are supposed to be free and are free on the kiosk. Therefore when we placed a second order we got 0 sauces at all. Your losing about a dollar from being petty.

Just ordered breakfast from McDonald's on universal drive I don't know why I insist on keep coming to this McDonald's because no one understands what you're asking for they make everything wrong I asked for a large iced coffee extra light with five caramel it comes out almost black with nothing not even chocolate milk they suck they don't know what they're doing they don't understand English how come I have to tell two Mexican people or Indian people whatever their nationality is 20 times how to make my coffee and it still comes out wrong I will never ever go to this McDonald's again on universal drive in North Haven Connecticut

They're typical McDonald's service, menu, greeting. The staff in the morning is very professional always with a smile. Great way to start my morning with .99 coffee. A little smile goes a long way, so it's appreciated. In the afternoon, it's usually busy. They're pretty much on the ball. Funny, while other eateries take your order, take your money, and ask you to pull up to park and wait while they prepare it and bring it out to you (bc they don't want you at the window where they get timed ), this mcDs had never asked me to do that. Keep up the good work.
Vegetarian options: If you order 2 scrambled eggs with cheese, it comes on a plate. But they charge same as a sandwich basically.

They close at 11pm. The lights are on, the drive thru signs are on, it's 1045pm. The woman answers the drive thru intercom and says they are closed. I responded that they close at 11, she says she knows. Ok so then you aren't closed. Simple as that. I consistently have terrible service here and the only reason I come is because of a lack of options during a 30min work break. All of my employees also come here on their breaks but I will make sure they go to Chik Fil A, Wendy's and Jersey Mikes

Does this restaurant have any staff? 8 groups waiting at a counter with no one acknowledging their existence. Building design makes it so staff can't even see us. If we didn't already order at the kiosk, we would have walked out, as saw others do.

I don't give ratings on the food category for fast food restaurants. They are all the same they always been..lol. Unless one really messes up the food somehow like not leaving the nuggets in long enough or pulling the clamshell up too early. (You can tell from the food.)
Today they had an issue with my phone app order and they still filled my order anyways for free, despite my offer to pay. I didn't expect it to be free but still a welcome gesture. Thank you. I appreciated it.

customer service here is terrible. door was locked and we couldn’t even get into the place we saw a worker finally walking in that opened the door. nobody was at the desk and when you go up to ask for something they just ignore you until they finally decide to come see what you need. also uncalled for attitude when you asked for help with something on the kiosk. they also don’t bother calling your order number when your food is ready so your there wondering if it’s yours or not. overall don’t come here.
