My family and I went to the Corn Maze and Cider Donut Festival located at Lyman Orchards, on Labor Day weekend. This was one of the food trucks there. Since I'm new to CT, I've never had New Haven style pizza. Well on this day, it was my first time having it. There was a short line but it moved fast; we got there just in time because there was a long line behind us. They were actively making the pizzas; I saw a woman kneading the dough. Their specialty is making thin crust pizzas in a wood fired brick oven, that is in the food truck.
I had a slice of their bacon mashed potato pizza; wow! It was amazing. The dough was chewy and lightly charred. The mashed potatoes and bacon went really well together on a pizza, there was a hint of sweetness. My son and husband had the pepperoni pizza slices; I tried a bite of that and it was also good. Because of this, I am definitely a fan of New Haven style pizza!

New Haven Pizza Truck's delicious wood-fired pizzas made a lasting impression on us at a recent event. So, it was an easy decision to have them cater our wedding after-party (since our wedding was a destination event), and we couldn’t have made a better choice! Their team went above and beyond to serve up fresh, crispy, unique pizzas that our guests raved about. They also delighted everyone with their gelato and cappuccino service after the main course. We had the pizza truck in Milford at my home for my husband's 70th/retirement party. I would recommend them highly Joanna and her husband were a marvelous team. The pizza was delicious and just about anything you could want was served. The eggplant and ricotta was my favorite but the shrimp and garlic was a close second. They cooked until we were stuffed!!! Cappuccino was great along with the Gelato. The salad was a nice touch. I think next time I wouldn't make so many appetizers....maybe just 4. Thank you again for your great service and kindness. We had them out for a surprise b day party my gf planned for me. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. So many different varieties of pies, every one delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. These guys got it right. If you have never tried them, you don't know what you're missing. We will definitely be using them again for future events.

We used the New Haven Pizza Truck for my husband's 40th birthday party. We had about 85 people and the pizza was fantastic. There was more than enough to go around. The service was great, they were extremely friendly and on top of everything. I highly recommend this pizza truck.

We had the New Haven Pizza truck for our daughter’s high school graduation party on July 30th. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Made the deposit to book time/day online and Kelly followed up a few days before with the details. Our 50 guests raved about the pizza! Sadly, we were so busy I forgot to take pictures until the last minute but it was a beautiful display too! These guys were punctual and professional! They have their own wooden tables attached to the truck to set up which is so helpful!! And what better way than to end with Gelato and cappuccinos/espressos! Highly recommend booking the New Haven pizza truck if you’re looking to have your next party catered!! You can’t go wrong. ?

We do not have enough kind words to say about New Haven Pizza Truck! The people we worked with both before our wedding, and the day of were wonderful! The food was incredible, and our guests could not (and have not) stopped raving about it! Not only was everyone happy (and full) after dinner but they even boxed up the pizza that was left at the end of the night for anyone who wanted to take some home. This was perfect, so we had a late night snack once the party was over, and they made us a special heart shaped pizza, which was amazing! The gelato and coffees at the end of the night were a perfect sweet touch to round out the evening’s delicious and savory food. We appreciate everyone at New Haven Pizza Truck! Thank you for helping to make our wedding day so special!
