The food was not good the shrimp and frieds was hard the onion rings were so burnt you could not eat them and the sub I got wasn't what I ordered this place is going down hill they should know money is getting tight I have to think about it next time

New Haven Pizza Truck catered our wedding welcome dinner and I am not exaggerating when I say that after the ENTIRE wedding weekend, everyone was still raving about the pizza for MONTHS to come (and they still are). We can't say enough about this incredible team of people. Kelly was SO helpful, and everyone was so kind and wonderful. And my god, the pizza was INSANELY GOOD. We had two food trucks at our event and there was always pizza available -- no waiting in lines at all. On top of that, they made the best assortment of appetizers. Having an outside party? THIS is the best food truck to hire! Today, June 21,2025, I’m at my niece’s graduation party & this food truck was amazing! It’s like having a personal restaurant on your lawn. The pizza was fantastic -THE BEST- actually! Frank made me a gluten free pizza with potato, bacon & carmelized onions. Oh my goodness! It has to be the BEST GF pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Super thin, well cooked! I can’t say enough good things about this pizza. He made all types of pizza. Very organized, clean and so delicious! Wonderful people to talk to! Then they have other services like Gelato Giuliana-between the pizza and the gelato-it is the best of New Haven! Then if that wasn’t enough, he made Italian coffee! I have never been so impressed by a food truck in my life as I was today! Wonderful experience! Best Wishes to Frank & his team! Buon Appetito!

Absolutely phenomenal pizza and service! We hired them for my son's 1st birthday party and the guests couldn't get over what a great experience it was overall. We were blown away by the different variety of (delicious) pies they kept popping out and then the gelato + cappuccino + espresso in the end was chef's kiss! They were extremely accommodating and were prompt with timing. 10/10 experience and would hire them again in a heartbeat!
We recently had a corporate event for our Holiday/50th Anniversary. The pizza truck staff were wonderful to work with, from planning the event to the day of the party. We had a variety of different pizza as well as other food items provided. The staff gave great feedback and loved the pizza! Thank you so much for a great night! We will definitely use the New Haven Pizza Truck again.

My family and I went to the Corn Maze and Cider Donut Festival located at Lyman Orchards, on Labor Day weekend. This was one of the food trucks there. Since I'm new to CT, I've never had New Haven style pizza. Well on this day, it was my first time having it. There was a short line but it moved fast; we got there just in time because there was a long line behind us. They were actively making the pizzas; I saw a woman kneading the dough. Their specialty is making thin crust pizzas in a wood fired brick oven, that is in the food truck.
I had a slice of their bacon mashed potato pizza; wow! It was amazing. The dough was chewy and lightly charred. The mashed potatoes and bacon went really well together on a pizza, there was a hint of sweetness. My son and husband had the pepperoni pizza slices; I tried a bite of that and it was also good. Because of this, I am definitely a fan of New Haven style pizza!

We hired the New Haven Pizza truck for my 40th Birthday party! The pizza was freaking amazing! Angela and Elvin were the best! They were so friendly and very acomodating with some allergies we had. We don’t eat seafood on pizza so we never thought about my daughters shellfish allergy. They immediately moved the pizzas to one side, washed all the utensils and continued to make sure everything was safe for her. Our friend enjoyed his gluten free pizza as well. Gelato and Cappucinos were a nice way to finish up with. They came out around the same time we decided to sing and have cake so it went perfectly with the flow of the party! We can’t wait to have them at future parties!
