Great pizza. I would call this a little more traditional NYC pizza than apizza. the crust we received was excellent in flavor and although the top was crispy it had more flop. Only flavor complaint was almost no sauce. The rest was excellent. Still a great pizza and people who work there were super nice.

Walked in on a Friday night to order a pie. Saw the Hamden FD picking up 4 and thought it must be amazing. My pie was ready in 10 mins and was delicious for $20.

I love their pizzas, and they are to die for. But the other dishes they have are super watery and not seasoned well. I only recommend pizza from them.

Mostly a takeout joint, but has a couple of tables. We have been here a couple of times as it's right off the highway. The pizza is very tasty. And their clam pie is better than the hyped restaurants.

Stopped by after work one evening knowing this spot is a neighborhood fav. I was blown away.
The pie reminded me of my favorite North Haven spot, Inferno Apizza.
Olde world has a custom-built coal oven in which they bake pies.
The dough is light, airy, with a beautiful crumb. The slice is balanced in terms of ratios.
Highly recommend for take out, not much in the way of dine-in.

Order a steak and cheese sub, and it wasn't the best , the bread was soggy, it looked like they used two different pieces of bread to make it instead of a whole fresh piece, and it had no lettuce and tomato and the flavor was lacking, could have just gone to subway .
Great Pizza. We ate there. Lady behind the counter was very nice. The guys in back were very authentic including the Colonel Sanders of Pizza. Over all worth the drive from Fairfield to check out so if you're in the area even better.

Horrible customer service. Been a customer for a while, had some minor issues in the past with my order not being right. Ordered 2 pies and when I opened them one was not even close to what I paid for. Got a chicken pizza when I ordered pepperoni and sausage. The posted hours are 3-9pm, they wouldn't pick up the phone at 8:30pm. I called the next day to tell them and was told to call somewhere else! They made ZERO attempt to correct their mistake. The pizza was good, when they got the order right.
