Outback Steakhouse

Had an awesome meal here tonight. I ordered the bone in ribeye cooked medium rare and it was exceptional! One of the best steaks I've had! Service was excellent from the minute we walked in. The prices were reasonable and while I didn't have a drink this time they had some great drinks on the menu at decent prices as well! I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience with Anayah in take out at Outback who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly pleasant to work with and very friendly over the phone. I had a few questions about an Uber Eats order, which I know can sometimes be outside of a restaurant's control, but she handled everything with professionalism and care.

She was extremely knowledgeable about communicating allergens and modifications, ensuring everything was set up correctly to avoid allergen contact, which is extremely important for individuals with food allergies. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how thorough she was. When I called back to check in because Uber Eats did not have a section to list allergens, she remembered our conversation and reassured me that everything had been taken care of.

It is honestly rare today to receive such thoughtful, kind and proactive approach of service, and I’m truly grateful. She helped make sure we had a safe and enjoyable meal.

If Outback is listening, give this girl a raise! We need more people like her handling customer service. She’s a true asset to your team! I appreciated such a quick and thoughtful interaction, felt secure that everything would be handled correctly from a brief conversation.

I was at the North Haven, CT location more than once. I have really enjoyed it with my Mom. I just want to let you know Nicole is wonderful!! God bless her and the stuff she had to put up with that day!! The food server that day was great 👍👍

Food was out in a timely manner, our waitress Anita was amazing and very attentive to me and my fiance. The food was really good and hot everything was made correctly. Portions were decent and the boomerang mini margaritas were a really nice touch and the cheesecake was phenomenal. Don't have a picture of the cheesecake because I took it to go lol

Our server last who (whose name I forget but was tall and had tattoos and name started with a k?) was so friendly and accommodating. Our 9 month old starting getting fussy right before we go our food and she helped us transition to Togo food quickly. You could tell she was attentive to each table around us. The male manager on greeted our table and was super friendly, and what I’m assuming was the floor manager was getting everyone sat quickly and efficiently. You can tell this location is well oiled machine. We don’t frequent chain restaurants often because usually the food and service are terrible but we would definitely return to this location

This Outback Steakhouse is EXCEPTIONAL!!! From service to ambiance, to quality of food, this place is outstanding! The servers were attentive and very pleasant. Always smiled and very patient with us. The quality of the food was very good and came out in a timely fashion. I've been to other Outback Steakhouse's and this was by far the best - top notch, hands down. Cierra, Al, and the manager are all great! I rarely give reviews but I had to do so in this case. The service was just that good! I even saw how server, staff, and management treated other customers and did so with care and particularly compassion for a set of elderly patrons. WELL DONE! When in the area will definitely be back!

Meat was OK. Mashed potatoes were very dry. Soup and fettucine alfredo were covered in scallions. I wish I had known. I'll mention to leave them off my food next time.
