This location is decent! Only thing is stopping me from 4 ⭐️ is the fact, they don’t always sift the flower to speck, leaving chicken way too hard. Another practice, whenever preparing to close they should use smaller racks so the product could finish draining instead of serving greasy chicken. Last but never least, remember to stir the chicken during frying, so we don’t get gooey crust! Ex Popeyes manager, expert fryer, baker here. One thing this place has going is that 12 hour marinating process! Majority stores seem to skip that. This place doesn’t🏆 . I’ll be there to redeem my discount tonight, for receiving product with all I listed above wrong with it! Nice staff & the chicken flavor is excellent. But the texture is always a hit or miss!

These people need to be closed down i went and spend 28 dollars and the food was horrible if u can't serve something as simple as food u guys need to close down u guys owe me 27 dollars this place is a joke and im going to make sure something is done about this I promise im going to make sure u guys are shut down this isn't fair to us hard working people spending money on old food not fair and not happy at all with this

Ordered the new Five Nights at Freddy’s collaboration through the mobile app, and paid extra knowing that the whole gimmick is supposed to be the packaging with the box and the cup being Five Nights at Freddy’s themed. I set it to delivery, and to my surprise the meal got here, and I had to throw half of it away.

First, paying extra knowing the gimmick is the packaging, and I didn’t get any of the new packaging which was explicitly advertised in commercials, posters. Online, and on the app, and it was just a regular box and cup.

Second, I ordered a Diet Coke, which came in with no ice, and was suprisingly flat, I ended up just pouring the whole thing out

And finally, the wings I ordered were pink on the inside, and freezing cold. I normally order from this Popeyes but this time I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I’m never one to write a review either

I just got home and I took the time to thank the excellent service and quality of this restaurant, its employees are very friendly

Just finished a long volunteer shift, swing by Popeyes drive through to grab a quick dinner before passing out for the night. Ordered a 6 piece boneless, got home, had a box with the nastiest, fattest bone in wings. Tried calling the restaurant, no answer. Was not given a receipt. Tossed the wings, out 10 bucks and no dinner. Really used to love popeyes chicken, but not worth it to get wrong order and inedible food.

I just stopped by the store( 173 washington ave, north haven, ct) and asked for a family meal with 12 pieces, dark meat only, but they refused. Can you tell me why?

Also, the way the staff treated me was very upsetting. They were sarcastic toward me, which felt disrespectful. I don’t think it’s wrong to order an option that is clearly available on the menu. When I asked for the reason, I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes and that if I ordered dark meat, the next customers wouldn’t be able to get it. That explanation just doesn’t make sense to me.
Never going back this location again!

I would give this a zero if I could. Door took a half hour. Went through drive through but had to go inside and wait at the counter for food to finally be delivered. Will not be coming back.

This place should be closed. Every time I go there it’s something differently bad; wrong order, out of coke!!!, no spicy chicken, workers who barely speak English, always having to wait in the parking lot for your drive up order. Won’t ever be going back. Avoid at all costs.
