Rolling Inferno

My company treated us to the rolling inferno pizza truck this past Monday. You can tell just by looking at the pies that they are good but they made some of the best pizza I have ever had and I have tried almost all of the classic apizza staples. If they had a brick and mortar, I would be driving from Fairfield regularly. You will not be disappointed!

Michael and his Inferno Pizza crew came through big time for us at a recent school event!! They worked their magic to fit us into their schedule last minute after we had to reschedule due to weather and were a huge hit! Super professional and the pizza was delicious! Thank you Michael and crew!!

Rolling Inferno has delicious food!! Their pizza never disappoints, same with their stuffed breads, in fact everything we’ve had from here has been on point!! On top of that no one tops them for events, if you have a party where you want their masterpieces are brought to you and your guests, call Rolling Inferno, you won’t regret it!!

Michael and his team were a great addition to our 50 person summer party. They arrived early , made great pizza and there was more than enough for all. The communication in preparation for the party, leading up to the party was great. Highly recommend!

The food is absolutley delicious!! The entire staff is incredible to work with during process from planning the event, to setup, during the event and cleanup. Highly recommend

Just tried this pizza for the first time at Pizzafest in New Haven. DELICIOUS! Best slice I’ve had in a long time!!

Super underrated pizza. Drove 90 mins roundtrip to pay for a 3$ slice. Worth every minute and every cent. Best pizza in CT.

First time here. DELICIOUS ! Stopped in real quick to grab a slice and left with half a pie ! They we’re getting ready to close and they heated up 4 huge slices of fresh tomato n spinach and only charged me for 1 slice. Extremely clean, beautiful place and the staff are very kind and friendly. The wood fired pizza was cooked perfectly! Nice thin crust and a perfect char on the undercarriage. If you’re nearby definitely try this place. I’m coming back with my whole family next time. Thank you !! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
