I ate here 2 times in 2 weeks. The first time I was introduced to a new waiter Stefan. He was very attentive and friendly so I asked for him again tonight and received the same excellent service. Even the manager, Barbara Jean stopped by our table to check on us. We were very impressed. The food was very good. I will definitely be back.

Came in with my friend about a month ago. Many items from the salad bar were missing. Asked the girl who was stocking it when the items would be out. Was told the staff from the night before never prepped so everything was coming out in a little while. We had got there to dine at 3:00pm.... Our dinners came out about a half hour later and nothing was still stocked... I asked our waitress if it would be out soon and she said yes I talked to my manager and they are about to bring out the items.... Finished dinner it was about 3:50 at this point... Items were still not out. A manager never came out to speak with us and by the time we left after 4:00 the items still were not out. After being told from the time we got there that they were coming out with the items until an hour later still nothing.... Yeah was not happy. Won't be going back anytime soon. This is why Ruby Tuesdays are closing unfortunately... Bad management and no table visits... Blaming the problems on other staff members. I believe the establishment opens at 11? There was no reason why nothing was prepped and not available by 3:00....

I went there tonite (2/4/20) at about 7:30 for the cheeseburger and tots special deal, with added salad bar. The food was good, hot, and timely. My server and the hostess were fabulous, both going out of their way to be extremely pleasant and accommodating. I was very pleased!

two days ago was our first time in this restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We had a good time with the attentive service, with the exceptional cooking and fine drinks and with the honest payment. We will absolutely come back again.

We tried to get a late lunch. Unfortunately we waited 20 minutes with no service. Then my mother flagged down the hostess. 5 minutes later still no service so we left. Currently enjoying great service at Texas Longhorn.

Service was a little slow but they had the bartender waiting on booths along with the bar. We had time, so not a big deal. The food was yummy with enough to take some home as well.

The food was ok the service was a bit better then some places. The kicker was that we had to find a employee to let them know we were there to seat us. Thank god we had a coupon buy 1 get 1 or it would've bad really bad.

Stopped in for dinner Saturday night. The food took a while (long, long while), the bartender Matt, was so nice and attentive and the manager, I think he said her name was Sara, was a sweetheart as well. Our food didn’t come out right, but she fixed it and bought us dessert.
Well first of all ...this is my first review because I’m very hard to disappoint. I don’t usually frequent at chains, but once in a while you have to figured why not.

Fay is the best. My boyfriend and I ordered dinner from doordash, somehow his chicken parm got lost in transit between doordash and ruby tuesdays. We called and Fay was calm and nice and explained what to do. We called doordash and had them send over the missing item and Fay inclueded two free pieces of cheesecake along with a note that said “please enjoy once again sorry” even though it wasn’t even her fault at all! She’s an awesome manager!

In North Haven, absolutely disappointed. The food quality of the salad bar is horrible and it was 12:30 lunch time when we walked in on Saturday. No fresh greens only lettuce and spinach. The broccoli salad was old. It was a mess. We will not be back.
