Usually have a decent experience here, but they seem to have constant quality issues. Here’s a pics below of what I received the other day, and what it should look like. The drink was clumpy? Ana had partials floating around, I tried not to make a big deal so I just stirred it and drank it but it tasted putrid, gave me a stomach ache and almost made me throw up I felt so nauseous. It’s been a constant issue, usually when there is an issue staff has an attitude about it. I come here enough that most staff knows be by name. I love this Starbucks but it just makes me not want to come back for drinks when this happens. I’m not paying for a 8-10$ drink for it to be wrong and made different depending on the day. It’s annoying. Other pics are the same exact drink ordered one day then the next. All are completely different.

Best Starbucks ever! Everyone that works there is super nice and very helpful. When you order a drink on the app it’s actually ready when you get there! Shout out to all the employees! They really know how to treat their customers!

I travel to quite a few different Starbucks throughout the state of Connecticut during the course of a week. Whether it be Bristol, cheshire, West Haven, Woodbridge, Hamden. Madison, branford. North Haven is by far the best and friendliest service in the state. Whether or not they're extremely busy The employees are always very helpful And friendly Lots of the other stores the employees are miserable. North Haven store is the most professional.

Placed a mobile order and arrived at the drive-thru two minutes later. I was told I had to leave the line because they needed 5–10 minutes to prepare the order from the moment the mobile order was placed.

This makes no sense — a mobile order gives the store more advance notice than ordering at the speaker in the drive-thru. If showing up a couple minutes after placing a mobile order is “too soon,” then how is taking orders at the drive-thru (which provides zero preparation time) any better?

Either mobile orders should be prioritized or the policy needs clarification. As it stands, it defeats the point of having a mobile order option at all.

I usually have a great experience at this location, but my visit today made me rethink coming here. I placed a simple mobile order and pulled into the drive-thru like I always do. Instead of a normal greeting, the barista spoke to me in a condescending, lecturing tone about how my order had only been placed two minutes earlier and that I “need to give five to ten minutes” before pulling up.

I wasn’t rushing anyone, and I wasn’t demanding anything. I was literally just in line like every other customer. The tone made it feel like I was being scolded and it was unnecessary and unprofessional. Even at the window, the attitude continued as if my presence was an inconvenience.

I come here often, but this interaction left me genuinely uncomfortable. Staff can communicate timing without talking down to customers. I’m hoping management addresses this, because it’s the first time I’ve ever felt unwelcome at this location.

Busy location. Appears to attract heavy college & high school student customers. Many sitting chatting & several with the standard study all afternoon set up. Drive thru available. Given this many people sitting on a Saturday afternoon I would not expect to get easy seating at this location several days a week. The drinks and decor are the updated SB design. Parking is tight too with shared location with another chain eatery.

The absolute worst customer service of any Starbucks in the area! I am waiting for a district manager to respond to my complaint regarding how I was treated on three separate occasions at the drive-thru.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this Starbucks. I am a regular, and the staff here is very kind and reasonable! Rowena, among others, is extremely passionate and honorable when it comes to her job. The coffee is always out in a fast rate, tastes delicious, and genuinely made with love. 5/5

As a customer here at Starbucks for the past 2 years in a row i would say that I would like you guys to add more strawberry açaí to my drink I paid $7 for literally lemonade and my drink was practically white when I ordered a strawberry açaí, very disappointed. Do better.

Got ignored for 10 minutes trying to pick up a order. Went to the drive though and then they refused to give it to me and said I had to come inside. I told them I was ignored for 10 minutes and they just didn't care. I guess this is what happens when you hire a bunch of kids
