I hesitated leaving a review of my last experience because it’s not always bad at this location, but that’s the point- it is so inconsistent. Your experience and level of service here depends on who’s helping you. They are usually understaffed, but some barista will manage to do it by themselves by hustling and staying professional. My last time here I ordered 1 drink, with only no one ahead of me. I waited over 10 minutes waiting for the barista to end her conversation with a target employee. She was rude and irresponsive. I cancelled my drink explaining that I’ve been waiting too long and she asked me which drink I wanted to cancel. There was only ONE order she was making! No one ahead of me and a poor woman waiting to make her order. Never coming back with this barista. She is just terrible. By the way if Starbucks reads this I was going to try your new drink strato Frappuccino, maybe it’s too complicated for baristas to make?

oh my goodness! even though this starbucks is always running out of something, the customer service is almost always on point! i’ve never had a better strawberry açaí refresher then i had a couple weeks ago made by the worker, saige!! love it!?

This Starbucks location inside this the target store is the worst when it comes to customer service. They just don’t give a dam about service anymore. Several other customers were waiting to get a refund so it’s not just us who were unhappy. I didn’t even bother to get a refund for the cold brew which they run out of. I would have been at least five minutes just to get your money back. It’s Dunken the next time, sorry to have wasted almost $6 at Starbucks….

Decided to treat myself when I rarely do with prices now. The employee ignored and kept taking with other employees for a while. When she greeted me she mumbled something and said she was "just complaining ". We all have bad days, that's fine. She was not friendly or helpful. She made my drink in like 10 seconds and it tasted like mostly milk and no flavor. For spending almost 6 dollars on a drink I was disappointed in the quality but the rudeness more.

Absolutely horrible experience/unhelpful staff at this location (inside Target on Universal Dr in North Haven). Went in for a gift card at 3pm on a Sunday (note there were at least 5 groups of people drinking/eating in the Starbucks area) and was immediately told without even a hello by 1 of the 3 staff behind the counter that they were closed... Confused (because they are supposed to be open until 7), I asked what time they typically close and was told "normally 7 but we don't have any staff" (there were 3 of them!). I said ok but all I need is gift card, can you not just ring that out quickly? (The machines were still on and someone had just paid for and was stirring their cup of coffee.) So another staff member proceeds to explain that I can buy a gift card from Target (definitely not... lines were beyond overwhelming long as usual). Will not be going back there because that was incredibly absurd.
