We didn't even get the chance to try the food because our party was completely skipped.
We called an hour before arriving to add our name to the waitlist since they don't take reservations. We checked in at 9:00 AM, but noticed several parties who arrived after us were seated before we were. When we followed up with the host, we were told that our name had somehow been crossed off the list. Only one staff member was managing the seating and crossing off names, and apparently our name was marked off without ever being called. We were the only non-white couple waiting at the time, which made the situation feel racist more than unprofessional.
The only solution offered was to put our name back on the list and move us up a few spots, which didn't feel like an adequate response given the circumstances. After this experience, we won't be returning.

I love omelets and my family loves them too. You won’t regret it. I still have to try more dishes but all the dishes look delicious.

Local diner in north haven that does get packed very quickly and serves phenomenal food.
If you plan to dine here you need to expect a wait but not incredibly long but well worth the wait.

My wife and I will spend our time away from the kids to share a meal here and we love this place. If youre looking for good comfort food, burger, omelets etc the whole menu is delicious and they even offer their own homemade muffins or cookies to enjoy.

The servers are all very nice, attentive and professional.

I work for UPS, my co-worker Dan told me to try “the Dan” named after him. The first time I went the girl had an attitude with me but I didn’t take it personal, I figured maybe she was having a bad day. I decided to give it another try because the sandwich was delicious. The second time I called it in and decided to drive up to the pick up window and wait. The first girl opened the window and asked for my name and order so I provided that. She told me it’s still being prepared which I understood. Another girl opened the window a few minutes later and asked for the same info so I provided it. She told me it wasn’t not ready yet which again I was waiting patiently. The young lady came back to the window and looked at me confused, I figured she wanted me to pay maybe? So I reached for my card, before I could hand it to her she angrily said “you just ordered it, it’s not ready yet!” I simply was sitting at the window waiting and never once asked or rushed the young ladies. She saw my card and asked if anyone ringed me out, (a question that could have been asked the first time), and I said no so she went ahead and took care of that. I concluded the pickup window is not meant to be occupied if your food is not ready and decided to pull up and wait inside. I was handed my food quickly and she walked away before I could say thank you. I told Dan his sandwich was great unfortunately I don’t think I can continue to spend my money somewhere where I don’t feel welcomed.

“This place is packed every time I drive by, and today I finally got a chance to stop in and sit at the counter. The eggs were cooked perfectly over-medium, the sausage patties were exactly how I ordered them, and the home fries were spot-on—crispy, seasoned, and not dried out. They do it right

This spot is one of those from the outside you may pass by. But all of what's inside will make you say I'm glad I stopped. Definitely one of those hidden gems.

I don’t know what happened to that older blonde hair waitress. She used to be good. I think she’s just frustrated with her job. She messed up my order one time and then blamed ME for it! She then once coughed over our food without covering her mouth!! She then made us wait to get our check while covering EVERYONE else!! She REFUSED to come back to our table. That blonde hair lady lost her touch. She blamed ME for messing up my order then coughed over our food without covering her mouth!!! Your food is SUPBERB! But I will be ordering pickup from now on because of that older blonde lady who coughed over our food without covering her mouth. And also blamed me for messing up my order.

Hands-down, one of the best breakfast spots I’ve been to in the area. Delicious food, lots of options. The grits are unmatched, and the service is quick and friendly. They get very crowded so I would suggest going as early as you can. And, if you don’t mind sitting at the counter, you’ll probably get a seat quicker on busy mornings. They also have a drive-through if you’d prefer to pick it up without going inside. You won’t be disappointed!

Food and service were good. Iced tea had no flavor. Prices are kind of high.

It is a busy place. If you are alone, they only have two tables available, and the counter where they will seat you. They basically want you to eat at the counter. I waited for 15 minutes and left before the tables were available. I won't be back.

I came here several years ago with my colleagues and the breakfast was awesome moving forward several years later..my husband and I came and we didn't have a good experience the whole grain waffles with bananas were horrible and the Patty sausages weren't good. My husband said it was decent. When I go back again maybe

I ordered 2 scrambled eggs with nothing else and was charged $8.08.
Friend ordered 2 eggs over easy with 1 corn muffin and it was $11.
Prices are outrageous and food wasn't great.
Totally robbed. $19.08 for 4 eggs and 1 corn muffin is disgusting.
Never going back.
