I placed a mobile order on June 27, 20223 at Subway,16 Bantom Street, Route 15/Merritt, North Haven, CT, 06473 Ph:203-239-0260.I got confirmation through app that the order is ready. When i went to pick up my order, I was told that they never made it because they were out of ingredients.I asked them to cancel the order, and they said they're not able to do it at their end and my giftcard was charged. I contacted customer service the same day and they promised they'll refund. It's been close to 3 weeks and haven't seen refund yet.

This is a service area location with a full selection of menu options, though prices appear higher and there is extremely limited seating. Food was well prepared but limited ability to keep up with any meaningful customer volume.

Waited 10 min before being served. The door was open so the place was absolutely freezing!!! They kept on saying wait but never helped us.

The girls here are trash, they are rude & I actually over heard one of them talking about a literal std. by far the most disgusting place, you couldn't pay me to eat here.
Worst subway experience of my life. I don't know if the person was new, but she didn't know what came on the chicken Caesar wrap, and she was rude. Will not be stopping here again.
