I live in Hamden and pass a few subways just to go to this location! Best customer service . Jorge and the crew treat you like family and are on top of the cleanliness of this facility! The line moves super fast ! So convenient

Previously worked at this subway on Universal Avenue. Was continually treated with disrespect with use of racial slurs. In such a nice town would never expect this to occur. Manager also has hired his daughter and his daughters boyfriend which seems to me as a conflict of interest. Either way would not recommend any young individuals looking for work to seek employment here

For the second time in the past they have been closed earlier than the normal hours. Last time, they closed at 6 pm and the worker totally ignored us. Today, 6:45. Both workers are there and they just stared at us, telling us no there are closed. This is very frustrating and very unprofessional. Closing hours say 9pm, not 6pm in the afternoon.
